I was on this bandwagon too, but then I looked at their 2024 recruiting class. 12 commits. ZERO 4 star recruits.

That's after 2022 and 2023 classes that had a combined 6 4+ stars.

Unless you are absolutely dominating in the portal, you cant compete for shit with that level of talent.

This is crazy. To think Dante's camp was short-sighted enough to take up front money to surround their son with loads of mediocrity. Could've gone to a big time program for less money but higher upside/longterm potential. Oh well, keeping Chip is wise for UCLA and they could see some growth YOY.

The Gators fired co-defensive coordinator/defensive-line coach Sean Spencer and secondary coach Corey Raymond, two of the most prominent members of his staff, program sources confirmed Monday.

Not worried. Mickens has no reason to take a lateral move from big time program to big time program. He's ready to be a DC, possibly even at ND in 1-2 years. Would be a waste of his time, much like Elko considering MSU.
