Leach gets a bad rap because of his abrasive personality, but his offenses are top notch. He would make Tennessee an instant (SEC East) contender, imo. Look at what he's done with Washington State.

Because he's from Arkansas and people there love him. They might even give him say in new AD. Plus a ton of money. He's tired of always being put on the hot seat at Auburn. Doesn't feel he's been supported by the administration enough. But if they go to SEC title game Auburn will do what it takes to keep him.
