Depends on what Kelly and Elston have worked out, though.

UC defense is #5 in SP+.

Yeah, it's hard to make an outside hire for DC and expect them to not bring any assistants with them. OTOH, if ND going to court Cincinnati's DC they already have Mickens here.

The home run hire is Freeman from Cincy, but I don't see him leaving Fickell

I would feel this way if it was anything but his alma mater. I'm just not sure he leaves Vandy if he gets a good thing going.
