Washington signed zero high school players who ended up starting on ND's interior DL.

I’ve been fairly critical of Washington so no need to get into all of that again. Great recruiter, very average coach. Because of that, I do believe we’ll see a significant uptick in development under Partridge. Young guys will get better faster.
