Crazy to say you want continuity in yesterday's presser and turn around and do this today. I don't disagree with the move, but why not just do it yesterday before giving a quote like that?

WR production could have been better, but Del left us with a steaming pile. I can’t fault Stuckey too much given that he had to start from zero. Also, Tyree made some strides in his first year at WR - speaks to at least some sense of player development.

So clearly there’s more at play here:

- Scapegoat for the poor offensive play? If so I think this is wrong. We all know whose fault it was, and it’s a bit harder for the WRs to succeed when the right plays aren’t being designed or called.
- Off the field drama? People were really questioning some of Chansi’s drills at the start of the season, and apparently there are rumblings that he wasn’t liked in the locker room.
- Maybe we do have an OC lined up, and he wants to bring in his own WR coach. I’ve seen this mentioned here but had the same thought independently.

Fingers crossed it’s #3. I was excited for Stuckey to continue to progress but I don’t think he’s irreplaceable.

Shephard makes $800k a year at UW and could be preparing for the CFB Playoff come Saturday morning.

Kelly and Rees fingerprints are just about all gone now.

I remember before Stuckey was hired, there were other presumed leaders, but after MF interviewed him, He blew MF away and HAD to have Stuckey.

Besides Golden, I am starting to question his hiring practices.
Rees. Wanted Stuckey. Parker will get someone that shares his vision of the offense.

The Rees swamp is about gone.

Players know now MF has their back!

Or we have an OC lined up and he IS a WR coach…or we need to push another coach to WR to make room for a new OC.

Oh boy. Grow a pair.

Freeman stated he's doing exit interviews the next few days, and now it's being reported players didn't care for him. Easy to put two and two together and make a joke out of it.
Probably should learn to use italics. You have had a few jokes fall flat recently cause people are not picking them up as jokes - or come up with better jokes...

Rees is coaching in the SEC Championship game and turned Milroe into a household name and Heisman hopeful.

Parker will be coaching in the Pop Tarts bowl for us, if he's coaching at all

Source-aggiesToday twitter SOURCE: Texas A&M’s Dameyune Craig will not be a part of the Aggies’ staff under Mike Elko. Craig has spent the last five seasons at Texas A&M under Jimbo Fisher. The wide receiver coaching role is now open for new head coach Mike Elko to fill.

Who listens to Driskell? Apparently hes giving a bunch of examples on why he was canned right now

I got an email from Irish Breakdown this morning, probably because I haven’t logged in in their in weeks, apologizing for their site being down & they are fixing it, but…
they “will have big intel on the board this week to make it worth the wait.”

I wonder if they are talking about this & who the replacement will be?

Are they examples he's coming up with on his own, or are they inside sources? I'm guessing the former.

Not really that surprising. There is a reason it’s been a hot topic around here — WRs just haven’t developed.

Had no genuine relationships and couldn’t relate to the players. Alienated many and made others feel unwanted.
Not doubting you, but that seems strange for a guy that is a good recruiter. Playing favorites?

I don't listen to Driskell often but just tuned in and he's sounding off pretty harshly. "Doesn't have the temperament and is going to impact how these young men view him" among many other things.
