To all my friends here at IE.....and those that don't like me so much anymore, if you'll give me a moment of your time, it would be greatly appreciated.
For whatever reason, I decided to get nostalgic this evening and started reading threads and posts from the past...hundreds of them. While I'm extremely proud of my longevity and for the most part, body of work here as a poster, as a premium member and as a community moderator, something else struck me.
Having looked back, I have to admit I was a bit embarrassed by the way I've been acting lately... That was not the way I was raised as a man, it's not the way I'm raising my son or daughter and not what I represent as a man. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and that is to be respected.... My mouth has a tendency to get me in trouble and I need to quit late night posting which seems to be my downfall...
Phork, I've already hit you....Bro, you're awesome. Dshans.....You're my boy, through and through... TurningPoint...Keep doing your thing, man. I may disagree with you and some of your material may be unsupportable, but I'll stand by you man.... You're about as looped in as anyone. Do it! Aaron.... You've been my boy for the longest time back to the Svo/Scooper/Jimmy/Rammer/Hoff/ Jigga days and I ran my mouth on you....I may owe you the biggest apology of all. BGIF.... You and I butt heads because we're both headstrong and we always think we're both right all the time... You're a great poster and this site is better because of it. Thanks for doing what you do..... And to Hollywood....that one is a tough one. I'm not prepared to make an apology there as you've been giving just as much as you've been getting, but know that I do respect what you do. It's a thankless job and obviously is under the microscope 24/7. hopefully you and I can find some common ground in the future. To those I've missed, don't take it as a slight. I love you guys like brothers. That's probably why we fight as much on things we disagree on...
