It's a great one. Best irish board on the internet.

There's really only 3 jagoffs.

I actually ignored one. Just a real dummy.

The other two seem to like a coach or team that isn't ND or MF and their trolling is especially annoying too.

(It's not you Bama fans... you're nice enough)

Bama the class of the SEC on the field and with TTT and Bishop on our board. Bc aside from them two every other mostly another team fan eventually out stayed their welcome.

We have been a bit more lax and have allowed trying new members to engage the board. We do have fans of other teams on the board and they are welcome until they aren't. Not every obnoxious post means someone is a troll though, some people are just obnoxious.

If there are posts that need to be reported, you can still do so, and if the overall opinions someone brings to the board are just downright awful, bare minimum you would think their reaction score (dislikes v likes) would be very low/negative.

Just let me know if you think someone is outright trolling. Been awhile since I swung the hammer.

I’m still wanting to see what constituted a troll post. A post of the LSU uniforms? An opinion that I’d rather championships over impeccable graduation rates? If that’s it, then some of you (not directed to you, MacIrish75) are socially inept and need to lighten up.

I think the reason Tommy & I are still here after all these years is that both of us genuinely like and respect ND. We've both been critical at times, but it was legit fan criticism, just like we criticize Bama when it's called for. We both pull for ND and want to see you do well if you aren't playing our team.

I'm just a single user, and can only speak for myself, but more NDinLA style moderation would certainly be welcome on my end. We don't need to give "due process" to trolls and obnoxious Koon shells.

Love this site, and really appreciate what the mods deal with for us, but the trigger is painfully slow these days. Used to be fairly common that people were given month long time outs for being annoying. For some reason it feels like the only bans given out these days are permabans, and a poster has to drop the mask entirely in order to get one.

I agree with this. When it comes to football, both of you respect the community here and don’t putz around with uniform posting and Alabama propaganda. As a Notre Dame fan on this board, I personally have disdain for that. I also loathe when people pose as Notre Dame fans and then question/down what makes it great. Suggestions about making the program better is within reason. But mocking the things that make it Notre Dame, fuck that. That’s trolling, in my opinion.

As mentioned, I’m bowing out. I maintain that nothing I said even came remotely close to trolling — at all. Posting LSU themed messages in a well defined and confined “Kelly to LSU” thread doesn’t equate to trolling. It’s specific to the fucking subject matter.

Your fixation (from the get go) with my posts and that I’m “trolling” is fucking weird and creepy. I’ve explained myself to you in the past, but your continuous need to “safeguard” and act as the “gatekeeper” of this site is fucking odd. I think you’re a loner and a loser, and that you - and a few other unnamed posters - should simply staple a vagina to your faces for getting so butt hurt over nothing.

Lastly, admin, ban or “drop the hammer” on me if you wish. I don’t care. Enjoy the rest of the season and be well.
