Don't know what to believe anymore. Police commissioner JUST NOW said they have interviewed people but do NOT have anyone in custody.

If the guy is lying in a bed at a hospital I don't think he's considered "in custody." Maybe I'm wrong. Who knows?

I was wondering that too. Who knows whats true anyway. I guess we just have to wait until later when more information can be confirmed or denied.

No, a person can be "in custody" if they are in a hospital room getting treatment. The police just guard the room and oversee the treatment. It is like that hospital room is an extension of the police station.

Not exactly true, when i did my inservice hours for my EMT class, i ran into countless cases in which someone was handcuffed to the bed getting treatment

I think we can all agree that this is a sad day for America. Im 25 years old and if this comes out as what im expecting it too then i will be joining the military. I love my country and it breaks my heart to see this, i have to give back and try to help. I know this sounds corny and all i just wanted to get that off my chest

Your heart is in the right place, and serving in the military is one of the most selfless acts an American can commit, but don't do it just because of this.

I'll try to find the tweet but I saw a RT on my timeline earlier today of medical personal who took part in the race went right into action as the events went down.

Hope for humanity in the midst of disgusting acts.

My thoughts and prayers tho the families affected by yet another senseless tragedy.

Also prayers to my brothers and sisters in the Boston Fire/Ems/PD
that continued to do their jobs and provide the best care for these patients that they could. To bad it take incidents like this for Fire/Ems/PD to get recognized for a job well done. (if you do it for the praise you are in it for the wrong reasons)

The guy in the hospital/custody is denying anything although authorities are very interested in him.

Also, there are a couple of people they are looking at...

Per my buddy, he has some friends in law enforcement up there. For what it's worth.

This is the first year my uncle hasn't run this in 5 years, glad he didn't go. Prayers to those affected and their families.

Now a 1st account from a runner claims that there were dogs at the starting line today...maybe there was a tip earlier?
