Anyone else watch the show? It's already one of my favorites and hands down one of the best shows in TV history, but good lord was tonights episode incredible, especially that ending. INSANE.

I've come to expect anything from Walter White and the rest of the show over the past couple seasons, but the show just hit another level. I really wonder where they'll take it for the last 10 or so episodes of the show. I'm gonna miss it when it's gone.

Thoughts? And if you havent seen it, watch. Just do it.

Been watching it since the beginning, definitely my favorite show ever. Seems to just get better and better every episode too. It's really sad that this is the last season, but I feel like they're building up to a super crazy ending can't wait.

I started watching earlier this year and was hooked from the beginning. I was able to watch all 4 seasons on Netflix and catch up to watch season 5. I feel like I'm telling everyone I know to drop everything and start watching.

What. A. Show.

Last nights episode was amazing. Once I saw the train I knew how the kid in the first scene would be involved in the show. I just didn't think the episode would have ended like that. Incredible writing. I have no idea where they will take it now.

Now that it seems like Jesse has turned it around (he's a good guy, and is getting smarter with every episode), I think the ultimate twist is that Jesse takes over (possibly killing off some of Walt's family, showing that his act was calculated), and that the first scene of this season was Walt on the run, and potentially looking at going after Jesse (the gun in the trunk).

The only problem with my theory is the fact that Jesse seems to be the only one who cares about sparing lives. But like I said, maybe it's an act.

I couldn't believe it either, but then again it's like that ending where Jesse was going to hit those drug dealers and Walt comes out of nowhere and runs them over, then executes the other guy.

All of the character's transformations since Season 1 are incredible. The show has no weaknesses.

I really do think that Jesse is going to lose it again like he did when he shot Gale.

That really is one of the best shows I have seen. I'm through the fourth season and am always entertained! It's funny though most people I talk to either love it or hate it. I guess you can't win em all.

Team Todd all day.

This show has really become one of the best ever. It's nowhere near The Wire but no TV show ever will be, but I am enjoying this show just as much as I have enjoyed any other. The ending of this episode was crazy. The fall-out is going to be fun to watch.

Well said. If I could rep you I would.

The Wire... just incredible. Some other shows I particularly think were great in their own right: Sopranos, Lost, and the unheralded Deadwood.

But for me, BB and The Wire stand on top.

I've come to accept that nothing will ever top The Wire. Everyone else is just competing for second place.

Also, this is neat:

Planned to be back in ATL right now, but got snowed in (in Indy). Took advantage of the down time to start watching Breaking Bad on Netflix. Just got through Season 1. Pretty damn good. Off work till Jan 2, so guessing I will be caught up through S4. Anyone know when season 5 will be available on NF?

I'd imagine you won't be able to stop watching. Seasons 4-5 are badass, but really, the whole thing is spectacular.

I believe they'll put Season 5 on netflix right before the second part to it starts up again in the summer, so you might need to look for other alternatives prior to then.

Check on demand... If you have TWC they have an entertainment on demand which gives shows from fx amc usa etc ... They may have season 5 still up there if you hurry lol ... If you don't have TWC id imagine your provider has a similar setup or you can try the internet for it, that's how i got three first couple episodes of season 4 before amc started showing them on rerun

Yeah I'd be willing to bet that Comcast has S5 up there still, but lots of times they'll only have a couple episodes so you might have to find it another way. Try all the other streaming sites like Hulu, Amazon, etc. Sign up for a free trial if need be. Even check AMC for rerun dates.

You can blame AMC for that. AMC is the worst. They destroyed The Walking Dead for a profit margin, and tried to seriously hamper Breaking Bad and Mad Men.

Count me in the group of people that hopes Netflix continues to get into the production/distribution game, with the successes of House of Cards and (hopefully) Arrested Development.

So pumped. Just the first flashback at the beginning of Season 5 kinda gives you an indication of where they might take it. Fast forward a year, with Walt on the run? Buying heavy machine guns? Last 8 episodes are going to be epic, that's for sure.

I cannot wait to see how they start this half season. With the way the last half ended, they could really go in about 30 different directions. Hank could play this so many ways, and Walt could respond to what Hank does (or doesn't do) in so many ways. The underrated element that I'm excited to see is what happens with Jesse. He appears to be totally finished with the meth game, but he can't disappear from the show. So does he reconnect with Walt or do they end up on different sides somehow? Like you said, because of the flash-forward in episode 1, we know that Walt does not go meekly. Should be wild. I just hate that it is going to be another four months until we get rolling again.

My theory: The relationship between Walt and Hank boils over, but Walt convinces Hank he brought down the crime ring and helps him finish off the real big fish. But, then it becomes horribly unsafe for Walt so he agrees to go into witness protection. He assumes the identity "Hal" and is joined with a family whose father just died, Lois and her four boys.

And that's how Malcolm In The Middle starts.

Yeah that is hilarious.

Anyone have an opinion on the Saul spinoff that is supposedly being considered?

I wish I could remember the last spin-off that was successful. The only show I can think of is Frasier.

As of now I think it is helpful that we know Saul isn't going to die. I just can't see him as a central character in anything. If he was, it would have more of a Shameless feel, rather than a true AMC series feel.

Whoa. I had no idea that Frasier was a spin off.
