IMO, far too much blame on Biden, giving every other democrat behind the scenes pushing him a pass, most notably the VP. We all know he's the leader of the democratic party more-so than America, he's just easy to sacrifice if the people stop supporting him.

He's carrying out the democratic roadmap and making democratic decisions (Kubal).

I give him the vast majority of the blame. Blinken, Austin, and Milley need to fall on the sword here. They were unbelievably awful. Blinken is the one who pisses me off the most. He seems absolutely in over his head. The withdrawal, the foreign relations blunder, the Bagram decision, the execution, is 100% on Biden. Psaki can only gaslight us so much.

Biden never put America first. He’s been Taliban first as of late.

I’d say America is back, but it appears ISIS is back would be more accurate.

The only thing that Biden puts first is a waffle cone and chocolate chocolate chip ice cream. He literally doesn't know anything until they tell him, or until they put it on a card for him to regurgitate. Jen Psaki* is higher on the notification chain than Biden is.

**btw, I finally figured out who Psaki reminds me of: Jodi Arias. Watch the way Jodi Arias talks in court and in interviews. She talks as if everything she says is true, and that it just needs to be explained. Meanwhile, she just looks like a psychopath.

Good six days and a wakeup and we bid afghanistan adieu.

Let the tribal leaders, the Taliban and Afghanistan's neighbors worry about it

No longer an American circus, and no american monkeys.

Ameriica first, right?????

Here are the neighbors

.Afghanistan is bordered by Iran on the west, by Pakistan on the east and south, and by Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan on the north; a narrow strip, the Vakhan (Wakhan), extends in the northeast along Pakistan to the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China. Yeah, the Uygurs. Life is strange.....

And apparently ebay has a special on the rifles carried by Ashraf Ghani's MOTIVATED LOYALIS AFGHAN stalwarts, 300,000

strong

Never been fired

only been dropped once.

How you HUMBLE a formerly PROUD boy

The Miami-based leader of the Proud Boys, Henry “Enrique” Tarrio Jr., has been sentenced to five months in jail for burning a Black Lives Matter banner and bringing high-capacity magazines into Washington, D.C., during a pro-Trump rally in December 2020.

Tarrio was sentenced to 155 days in jail on Monday by the Superior Court of the District of Columbia on one count of destruction of property and one count of attempted possession of a large-capacity ammunition feeding device. He had previously pleaded guilty to the charges in July and told media outlets shortly after the Dec. 12 pro-Trump rally that he was responsible for destroying a banner that belonged to the Asbury United Methodist Church in Washington.

He was arrested in January 2021 after arriving in Washington to participate in a rally protesting the 2020 election results that morphed into the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. Other members of the Proud Boys, a male-only extremist group that promotes far-right ideas and former President Donald Trump, were arrested after the U.S. Capitol riot.

Mr. Tarrio has clearly, intentionally and proudly crossed the line from peaceful protest and assembly to dangerous and potentially violent criminal conduct,” D.C. Superior Court Judge Harold L. Cushenberry Jr. said during a virtual hearing that included statements from Tarrio and Asbury United Methodist pastor Rev. Ianther M. Mills.

“Considering Mr. Tarrio’s previous criminal conduct, particularly for fraud, the court does not credit his claims that he had no reason to know possession of (high-capacity magazines) was illegal. He cared about himself and self-promotion, not the laws of D.C.”

Just what the hell was this knucklehead PROUD of??

His Previous Criminal Conduct??

Fraud?

High Capacity Magazines?????

But he should have a fun time in jail in the District of Columbia!!!!

'nother one bites the dust!

And another "tourist" just viewing the seat of government on January 6th.
A rioter who stormed the US Capitol Wednesday wearing a 'Camp Auschwitz' sweatshirt has been identified as a former welder from Virginia with a criminal record for forgery.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...ore-Camp-Auschwitz-sweatshirt-identified.html

Too bad he didn't hook up with Tarrio.

these two fine, citizens, classic examples of the quality people on site on January 6th, the "best and the brightest" of America
coulda worked something out better one's fraud and the other's forgery.

This is just unfortunate.

One of my "associates" works in Oklahoma and has a client who was full tilt koolaid drinking for the 45th. guy believed and kept telling my former associate that the economy would tank if the 45th were not reelected. He kept feeding this back to CJ:

.President Donald Trump repeatedly warned Americans that if they failed to reelect him, the stock market would implode. In reality, the opposite happened.

Between August and October alone, Trump sent six tweets saying markets would “crash” if Joe Biden were elected, using a word presidents typically avoid.

CJ tried but the guy went to cash around thanksgiving

He missed this.

OUCH!!

Real investment pros know that America's economy is not that linked to the soup du jour in the White House.

But client often don't listen.

CNN is now reporting that Biden says success of the evacuation depends on the cooperation of the Taliban. Joe laying the foundation to pass the blame.

Also WaPo reporting that Biden sent the CIA director to Kabul to hold clandestine talks with the Taliban.

Imagine the priorities of those 41%. The border is open. Billions of dollars spent arming terroritsts. Biggest military blunder in a century. Inflation is high. Crime is surging. They’re probably watching 10 guys identified as proud boys and making a moral stand while burying their head in the sand to the world around them.

This is what a huge success looks like. At least we didn't give them several billion dollars worth of weapons to act on it.

I'm all for getting out of there, decade+ overdue. Also have little sympathy for Americans hanging out in a shithole like Afghanistan for any extended period of time. However the impeachable part of this is how we left so much military equipment behind and pissed off our allies by ducking out seemingly unannounced - Biden wouldn't even take Boris Johnson's call for like two days? So unorganized and half baked all the way around to the point of gross negligence by our Commander in Chief.

Personally, I would have left a small force and kept the Taliban from having a country, but this is the debatable part. What's not debatable was the negligent plan to rush out and the unbelievably bad results. Biden really needs to clean house after this one and we're going to need to find ways to monitor for terrorism coming from Afghanistan now.

Part of me thinks Trump purposely left this turd for Biden to step on. Another part thinks he wanted to pull the plug but facts on the ground (i.e. not meeting conditions) never really made it possible.

I think Trump wanted to pull the plug, but the ground conditions didn’t support it and he was probably getting advised to stop pulling back troops. I also think Trump would have been far more aggressive when the Taliban started advancing and I would HOPE they would have recognized the issue with not giving air support, pulling Bagram, removing aircraft contractors, and doing it in the dark. Also- it did appear he knew not to do it in the Summer.

I think he wanted to pull the plug as he had started negotiations with the Taliban. I think they stopped because he knew he couldn't trust them. Meanwhile Joe has shown he has mastered the art of , "How to win friends and influence enemies".

President Biden is struggling to provide a message of strength and confidence amid international scorn and uncertainty over his handling of the U.S. military drawdown in Afghanistan — showing up late to speeches, refusing to answer reporters' questions, and largely avoiding the White House press corps ever since Taliban insurgents took over the country in a matter of days.

Biden's remarks Tuesday from the White House were delayed more than four hours after being rescheduled twice, and the U.S. evacuation effort in Afghanistan was the last topic he addressed after touting his Build Back Better agenda.

"He made us wait a number of hours and then touted a $5 trillion liberal wishlist that will increase greater inflation and transform our country in the worst way possible," House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy fumed during a press briefing Wednesday morning.

"The most embarrassing part though, was that he refused to take questions, and he turned his back and walked away — an image that has come to define him and his presidency," McCarthy said. "He turned his back on our own citizens stranded in Afghanistan, he’s turned our back on our allies and partners, he’s turned his back on his duties as commander in chief."

Biden has repeatedly defended his plan to withdraw American troops from Afghanistan, while tens of thousands of U.S. citizens, allies and Afghans vulnerable to Taliban reprisal are desperately trying to flee the country through Kabul's airport, which has been surrounded by militants.

Biden assured Americans just last month that a Taliban takeover of Afghanistan was not likely and that he trusted "the capacity of the Afghan military." The president largely avoided cameras during the debacle, watching the Aug. 15 fall of Kabul unfold last weekend from the Camp David presidential retreat in Maryland.

Three days later, Biden was fiercely criticized after he gave public remarks about COVID-19 and failed to address the situation in Afghanistan or take any questions. He later sat down with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos and said the "chaos" in Kabul was inevitable. It was only the ninth cable news interview of his presidency and the second with Stephanopoulos, placing him far behind his predecessors in terms of TV appearances.

On Friday, Biden was nearly an hour late to give remarks further defending his Afghanistan withdrawal.

Meanwhile, White House press secretary Jen Psaki had an "out of office" email message for one week starting the same day Kabul collapsed.

Biden has shown that he is a career politician which is why Trump got elected. You have to wonder where we would be at if Trump had just learned to keep his mouth shut?

Many of us liked his ideas but the messenger was.... you know. He shot himself in the foot more than once. Our country is going to suffer along with the world for four years as we pay the consequences of that election. 2024 should be easy after this. Especially if Kamala runs.

My buddies and I have had this discussion more than once. If Trump never had Twitter he would still be in the White House. But he couldn't help himself so now we're stuck with this disaster. And I don't want Biden impeached because Kamala would be scarier.

The funny thing is I think if Joe doesn't run, the Dems are stuck with her. They can't afford to replace the minority woman.

Dems have to know she couldn't win. I mean, she didn't even make it to Iowa last time.

Also, this is an absolute disaster.

They've perfected their method with the 2020 election; even though she didnt get 1% percent, and was gone before Iowa in 2020. She already has 50+ million votes in 2024.
