4. Roberts and Alito were chosen by a second-term GWB. Each Justice was confirmed by the Senate. But Roberts (allegedly) isn't signed onto the opinion. So I don't know what you are crying about.

5. Not that it matters, but most people don't support abortion past the first trimester, therefore most people probably don't actually support Roe/Casey.

I probably wasn't clear enough. I meant if there was an agreement it would have a clause that neither party could disclose the terms of the agreement, like how much they paid him and what the penalty is if either violates the agreement.

I don't remember. Did you complain when the Supreme court had a majority of liberal justices presiding? Doesn't matter what the makeup of the court is. Their job is to rule specific to the law and not popular opinion. Tell me why it would be a bad idea to let each state make their own law on abortions.

France and Germany don't really want to levy painful sanctions. Russia will work on them in the coming years and splinter the unity. This is what happens when your bluff is called. Obama's red line, Crimea simply being annexed with no repercussions, the Georgia invasion, the humiliating Afghan abandonment.

Putin understands that the west doesnt want to face a REAL threat. This isn't lobbing cruise missiles into syria or bombing huts with drones. The west will back down. They'll scream but that's about it.
