I kind of disagree. While he might have made it in the NFL as a QB, he wasn't going to be great in the NFL as a QB. He could be a great WR in the NFL. To me he is a back-up QB in the NFL, and a mid round pick as a QB, but as a WR he could be a 2nd round pick and has the chance to be very good to great.
So pOSU and Sparty will be the class of the league again this year. Who do you think will be in the next their as good, maybe do some damage, but ultimately playing for the best mid tier bowl they can find?
Wisky, same as always. Maybe Fichigan unfucks themselves long enough to fill that role.

If other conferences follow the Big Ten’s lead and stop scheduling games against FCS opponents, the institutions that compete at that level will have two options: 1) look to make up the funds elsewhere, or 2) essentially be forced to stop competing at the same level as the larger institutions. Because it is unrealistic to believe that any institution can begin to make up the difference in loss of football guarantee revenue by playing any number of additional such games in basketball, it is more likely that the second option will occur. With the loss of revenue, the gap between school’s in BCS conferences and those who are not will continue to grow ever wider, leading to what may be the eventual breakup of the approximately 340 school’s that compete at the NCAA Division I level.
Best case = 12-1 with a win over a good team on NYD
Worst case = 11-2 with a loss to the Irish on NYD.
How do you go 12-1 or 11-2 without a QB?
I don't think there is anyway that Michigan goes 12-1 or 11-2 first of all. I think anywhere from 7-9 wins is a realistic expectation. They will definitely be better than 5-7, and Jim Harbaugh is a damn good coach whether people like him or not or want to admit that or not.
But Michigan does have a QB.
Jake Rudock is the QB. And he's pretty solid. The guy is a 5th year senior who has started in 25 B1G games in his career. Last year at Iowa he threw for 2,400+ yards while completing 62% of his passes for 16 TD's against only 5 INT's in a pro-style offense. I believe he lead the entire B1G in passing efficiency. Michigan would've killed for a QB to put up those kind of numbers last year. Harbaugh knows how to coach QB's. Very well. He's going to get the best out of Rudock, and Rudock is smart with the football, he has a lot of game experience and he doesn't turn the ball over and he's an accurate passer.
If he's a 5th year senior, he presumably graduated. With a degree in hand, there's not a damn thing Iowa could have done about it. I'm sure they would have loved to have him back.If he was so good why did Iowa let him walk, to another BIG team? And everything I have read so far has indicated Morris is the leader.
