Am I the only one who doesn't get the PSU hype?
Think they have a lot of talent, but Allar is going to cost them some games since he's so raw. Their joke of an OOC slate consists of WVU, Delaware, and UMASS, so they'll probably go 10-2 with losses to OSU and Michigan, aka the James Franklin special.

This.

Don't sleep on them having a fecal explosion at Illinois. It's their first road game of the season after WVU and Delaware.

The part where all the cops are standing them waiting patiently is priceless. That kid is going to be spending some quality time behind bars not just for this, but for the stupid stuff he's going to do later in life.

During the interview, Tucker also made an explosive new allegation: He said his associate had told him that renowned ESPN investigative reporter Paula Lavigne was investigating the veracity of the gang-rape story at the heart of Tracy’s public persona. The information, Tucker said, made him question how Tracy “goes about her business.

Veidlinger did not address this allegation in her report, but Lavigne denied the allegation.

“Neither (Tracy's) organization nor Tracy is or has been the target of any investigative reporting,” Lavigne said in a statement to USA TODAY. “I’m perplexed that Mel Tucker would respond to a complaint of sexual harassment by involving me or ESPN.”

I don't have words to express how pissed that bolded part makes me.

Absolutely disgusting.
It would be a bleak outlook for Tucker anyway, since he admits to jerkin his gherkin during their phone call, but you have to think MSU is going to fire him based on the fact that:

A) They have to show they’ve done a complete 180 from the Larry Nasser scandal

B) This gives them an out on Tucker’s awful contract given his less than stellar coaching performance thus far

Not that B should matter…but it does. Tucker is toast.

In November, Michigan State signed him to an unprecedented 10-year, $95 million dealthat came fully guaranteed, even if it fired him for poor performance. The only way he could lose out on the money, the contract said, was if he materially breached it, was convicted of a crime or engaged in “conduct which, in the University’s reasonable judgment, would tend to bring public disrespect, contempt or ridicule on the University.”

He gone.

That was one of the dumbest contracts out their and now they will get bailed out because of his stupid decisions.

The headline sounds bad, but good luck to the investigators tasked with getting to the truth of the matter.

I’m super interested to se how this plays out investigation wise. I know this just looks like an excuse to fire him but it still fits a current trend,… we went from completely overlooking all this shit and letting people get totally away with it to now it seems like the second there’s an allegation someone is fired before the investigation is even fully underway,.. anyway, just thinking out loud not really offering opinions on it all. I’m certainly interested to see what comes of it all.
