Yeah. Santa Ono is known for how much he tweets everything out. I do think he’ll be back, but also nice posturing by Ono so the UM alum base knows he’s doing everything he can. It’s also telling about how Ono views their AD Warde

“Computer Access Crimes” on a university owned computer…have to think it’s something in between accessing some sort of encrypted data and something more felonious like child porn.

A neighbor of Weiss’ told reporters that numerous unmarked cars showed up at Weiss’ house to search.
Sounds like some Jared Fogle Subway stuff.

“Last week, a neighbor of Weiss' in Ann Arbor told ESPN that several unmarked cars showed up outside Weiss' home in what appeared to be some type of police presence. (The neighbor declined to be named.) The search of his home is believed to be tied to the University of Michigan Police investigation, according to sources.”

People don’t understand the kinda wild shit you’d get if you tried to download a movie or the last WWF PPV on Kazaa.

Absolutely insane behavior on that app by the people who names and uploaded files to that service.

True story: In college I got sued by the RIAA for illegal downloading through Limewire while on campus. Got a call from my dad on a Saturday morning during a bout of kegs & eggs. Most surreal moment of my life.

You can feel these types of ways Jim, but saying them out loud makes you an idiot that no one will want to hire.

I saw this earlier.
Here is the problem with this report;
Federal investigations aren’t public. If the feds were involved, there would be no record of it. I don’t know or care if feds are involved in this situation, but if they were, it would not be public.
Ever notice when the feds come out with an indictment they say something like, “after a two year investigation…” that nobody even knew was going on?
State & local are public, federal aren’t.
I’m not saying feds are involved here, but this guy wouldn’t know it if they were.

This is hilarious. Harbaugh to NFL Part 1 & 2. The Weiss thing, the Mazi Smith gun thing, the lying about hamburgers situation. What else? Warde Manual isn't long for this job. The basketball team is a mess, the baseball team lost their best coach like ever, the hockey team is cratered. M donors and alumni aren't fond of this stuff.

Are NFL teams choosing not to hire Harbaugh or is he choosing not to leave Michigan? I genuinely do not understand either, but here we are with Jim still with UM.

If I'm Irsay, I'm throwing a bag at Jim and a load of picks/players to Chicago so they can go get their guy. Colts are a disaster and Harbaugh is too good of a coach, plus has a history/connection to the organization. I don't get it. And if it's Jim not wanting to go there, fine. But why not another NFL team? Why choose to stay in CFB where it's a mess and you have to recruit year-around not only high school kids but your own roster, plus transfers? It would be a no-brainer for me.

This is a really good question and the truth might be somewhere in the middle for all we really know. Harbaugh is almost 60 and it's going on close to ten years that he hasn't coached in The League. Think about how much the NFL has changed during that time. I would say that based on his experience with the 49ers, Harbaugh would want some kind of control over player personnel if he took another NFL job maybe? It could be a stalling point for a lot of these teams since most NFL HC don't really have that kind of power.

For all of our frustrations as ND fans, all the stupid drama going on up there right now and the year before is way worse. Keep it.
