That said, I am kind of glad to see this trend happening. For years and years teams from the East and Midwest have traveled to later time zones with a similar effect due to the opposite situations. When anyone suggested that was something of an advantage for the west coast team, the Pac-fanaticists erupted with calls of bellyaching and 'bullshiit' excuses, calling those that suggested it wussies!

For years the west coast teams would not travel east to play a game earlier than 3:30PM Eastern! And bad weather? #forgetaboutit! Now with economic times being as such in college sports, all teams are having to widen the scope, and do things they heretofore may not have considered to pay the bills. Ain't life a bitch?

Peppers is a freak athlete and looks good playing the run and tracking down receivers who are running after the catch but he hasn't looked very good in coverage last week or so far today. I'm sure he'll improve but he looks more like a safety than a corner to me.
