Wrong. They lied and went against their previous held stances that no man is above the law. They took the appeal because it needed to be decided. They decided a President is immune for official acts and not immune for unofficial acts but then also went further and determined that the any act that could potentially be unofficial should be presumed to be official and then limited the types of evidence that can be used to prosecute or charge a President for unofficial acts thereby making it so narrow as to never be able to be charged. This position has never been determined before and essentially gives him unlimited power because any act can be made to be an official act.

This decision undermined the standard of practice that our country has operated on since its inception that the President is a servant of the people not above them. Horrendous. Absolutely disgusting.
