Who will you be rooting for? Johnny Autograph or the Tide?

It'll be rooting for Texas A&M because I always root for underdogs and
the Tide dismantled us in the NC game.

I like Johnny Football, but I would be shocked if Bama didn't win by 10+.

Plus I have money on Bama.

I don't really care who wins. I just wanna see the Bama defense bury Johnny Football at the 50 with a ton of dirt on his writhing carcass.

I don't want to see another Bama championship. Only way for them not to be in it is to lose twice. Even then they might get in.

I'm rooting for Bama.

I would like for them to punish Manziel so ferociously that he finally melts down during the game in an epic fashion. I'm talking penalites, temper tantrums, visible altercations with teammats. I want to whole JFF Meltdown Experience.

I've flip flopped on this, but I'm throwing my support behind A&M. I'm ready for this Alabama dynasty to end and an A&M win would be a small step in that direction.

Whatever hurts the SEC more.

Georgia, SC, and Florida already have one loss. Plus, 2 were out of conference, and then SC goes on to lose to one of the teams that lost out of conference. Can't use the, "Well, we beat up on each other!!!!" crap.

Guess I'm hoping for TA&M. I think their D is bad enough to where they're going to get into a shootout with someone and ol' Johnny won't be able to bail them out.

Don't care who wins, just hope one team gets killed. I don't want a last second win where both team's still have a chance to be ranked high enough to get into the NC convo.

I'm amazed at the love for Alabama (18 to 8 in the poll as of this post). I realize it's more of a hate for Manziel, but do you guys not remember January 7, 2013???

Maybe I see this sort of thing differently, but I'd think most people would want the team that beat them to win. Would you rather have lost to a team that gets beaten, or have lost to a team that's killing everyone? Neither changes the outcome of your game, but at least you can say you got beaten by a great team instead of a so-so one.

Auburn fans always want everybody on their schedule to lose every game (they hate everybody, it seems). I'm always amazed by that. Do they think beating an 0-11 team (or even worse, losing to an 0-11 team) helps them or is impressive? As much as I hated losing to A&M last year, I wanted them to destroy everybody else on their schedule. It meant we'd at least lost to very good team.

I hear what you're saying, but it's the 2013 season, not 2012. Alabama could go 1-11 this year and no one would say, "Wow, ND lost to a really bad team in the NCG last year". To your point, and this opinion probably isn't shared by many ND fans, I'd like to see Michigan have success this year simply because they beat us last week. I will feel a lot better about that loss if Michigan goes on to have a great year vs. 7-5 and barely bowl eligible.

So, normally I agree with that logic, but it doesn't apply in this scenario, IMO.

I hope Bama breaks Johnny football in half.

I keep fantasizing about him rolling left, reversing field, and just as he spins around, getting absolutely destroyed by CJ Moseley coming at him full speed from the other direction... decleated, bent double, and slobber flying from his mouth as CJ buries a shoulder about 8" into Manziel's gut. :)
