Actually you are wrong. Shaw Thompson did for 3 years for Washington, Nick Vigil Utah State, Myles Jack UCLA, Peppers from Michigan, Adoree Jackson USCLol at everyone. There has been one player in the last 2+ decades to play both ways in CFB. And he did it against mid competition. You can't take the beating week in and week out for 14-16 games on both sides of the ball. Most guys having difficulty staying healthy with 30-60 reps in a game.
I'll stop short of guaranteeing he only plays defense, the staff might find a creative way for him to get an offensive snap or two in RZ but I think:

Agree this is what I would do90% defense, 10% redzone wr…easy
Most of those individuals played offense out of necessity due to a lack of depth at those positions. Most of the time due to injuries.Actually you are wrong. Shaw Thompson did for 3 years for Washington, Nick Vigil Utah State, Myles Jack UCLA, Peppers from Michigan, Adoree Jackson USC
remember the expression that everybody has a twin and well i guess the irish staff found Hamilton's twinI really thought there was only one Kyle Hamilton
He's about a G700.What is dude's wingspan?
personally i am still salty Kyle Hamilton never got snaps on offenseI think there’s a legit chance for JOB to play both ways? He’s too talented to keep off the field.
Extremely good point and worth monitoring down the road. The staff has rather explicitly told Golden and O’Brien that they can play both ways. At some point it becomes bad business to not follow through with that.
Okay Gregpersonally i am still salty Kyle Hamilton never got snaps on offense![]()
