I wonder how serious the staff is about letting him play both ways, not saying make him a full time WR, but you could have packages for him maybe let him get 5-6 snaps a game.

It's insane how insanely athletic this dude is and somehow, we might have an even bigger athletic freak in Ayden Pouncey.

ND really just decided to horde all the freaks in this class.

It's complete BS. They use to be at Hershey Stadium.
Even Hershey stadium is kind of underwhelming for a state title game (imo).

It'd be better if they played at one of the state schools. I know Franklin was open to hosting it at Penn St., but Beaver Stadium is probably too big and while I'm sure the kids would think it's cool to play there, the atmosphere would be garbage. But, any of the D2 schools stadiums would be better than CV High School.

We do ours are the Fargodome. 19k seats so much too big, but nice venue and indoors is a good bonus.

US bank here in the Twin Cities. Nice inside and the kids love it!
I went to a few prep bowls at the Metrodome back in the day because my cousin played on some good Eden Prairie teams. It was fun for sure but I can see what Greyhammer was saying about the stadium being too big for the atmosphere. The Hockey Tournament is awesome at the X and the basketball tournament was good too at “the Barn”. I liked the smaller venues because the student section proximity really juiced up the volume and atmosphere.

Why does PA play their state championship game on a field like that lol
PA has their state champ games at Cumberland Valley, home of Tyler Merrill. Hershey no longer wanted to have it and the location is dead in the middle of the state. The field is nice, it's a larger venue and the facilities for the players are top notch... not sure what your complaint is

There's no state school in the middle of the state, so that's a bit of an issue.

Beaver Stadium would probably be worse because it would be hollow.

CV is a beautiful new facility so it won the bid over Hershey because that stadium is old and has no way of proper upgrading. But it's still a high school field that has it's team endzones and midfield logo on it making the whole thing seem amateur hour.

The other option is to actually invest in Hershey, tear it down and rebuild. On top of that, stop having 2 games on Thursday, even getting rid of 6 classifications. But that won't happen.

my goodness he could've waited to send highlights from that game alone and might've ended up a 5 star. The image of him and Tae in the same backfield is orgasmic.

He just picked off Teddy and almost really hurt himself falling head first into the bench.
He's fine though, they interviewed him after.

Plays strikingly similar to Kyle Hamilton. Great recognition and burst in run support. Closes the gap soooo quickly when running the alley due to his stride length... Then demonstrates excellent range on balls over the top, with his "Go-Go Gadget" arms. Also, really physical for a guy as lean as he his.

I'll be shocked if he doesn't play meaningful reps as Tae Johnson's backup next year. I think he passes Ethan pretty quickly.

Tough time for this post since the recent Mickens news. Damn, I thought that I woke up to a 'nightmare' seeing your post bump.

Good timing for the announcement, as, I believe, this does not allow any of the EEs or any of the upperclassmen to leave until next January.
