I apologize for this question, but out of curiosity and in an effort not to sift through 64 pages, can someone tell me why/how Notre Dame was able to get Carr to commit over Michigan?
- Did Carr want to do his own thing and not want to play before his grandfather's legacy?
- Did he want a change of scenery from Saline/Ann Arbor?
- Does Michigan have another quarterback recruit already committed or was Michigan not showing enough interest?
- Did he really connect with Freeman and/or not click with Harbaugh?
Regardless of the above, Chad certainly has made the correct decision.
Also, more importantly, I just read about CJ's brother, Chad. If you have a box of tissues, I suggest you grab them and check out the "ChadTough" foundation. As a father of two young ones, this was a tough read. I encourage you all to donate a few extra bucks, if able. I am.
