They're probably looking at needing more than one guy that can be a 0-1T. At least, I'd be surprised if they only took one guy this cycle. So, maybe you combine a guy like Sevillano or Palepale with Justin Scott or Jordan Thomas.

Yeah I don't get why they would drop Wafle either considering we need like 6 DL in this class

That’s an upgrade. Still don’t understand why you’d drop Wafle without another sure thing.
I don't see it as upgrade at all Sean Sevillano is a hole plugged whereas Wafle is high motor, super strong NG with freaky long arms with speed and athleticism of a 3Tech who's already 290 and most likely will be a 320 lb monster when he was ready to be a regular. I think we are going to look back at this one and it's going to sting.

Yeah someone said he has 6'10 arms or something watch him go to Michigan and turn into a monster

That Severillo kid does seem pretty “soft” in the core. Don’t like the same staff offering and then pulling the scholly. We’re not the kids we should still be men of honor in our offers.

Serious question about this kid…

He was supposedly going to OV ND & OSU next month.

Does OSU actually like him?
Do ND & OSU see something we don’t?

That said from my previous post I do think Sevillano is a good traditional NG as being a hole plugger, I just see him as that whereas Wafle is that with some DT/SDE traits that could attack the backfield.

Yeah seems like we could use them both. I'm doubting the reports that we dropped Wafle. Might be more to it.
Not that it necessarily matters but Wafle is rated higher than Sevaliano

Schools can only offer 56 official visits per year so I would think that's a pretty good indicator right?

He had 22 sacks in 11 games this year. He's more than a hole plugger.
