I’ve never been that high on Gallagher with regards to his ranking but they need a true slot playmaker and he fit the bill. None on the roster looking ahead besides Styles. Tease could fit the bill if given the option. Like to see the board expand to include more slot types if they can’t convince Gallagher to go ahead with his visits.

If I was recruiting against ND for a slot receiver, you can bet I'd be saying, "Name the last great Z WR that the Irish produced? They barely utilize them because of guys like Mayer. Have you seen Raridon's film? You might never see the field there."

Possibly. I think Limar's highlight's showed him doing more things as a receiver if I remember correctly. I'm inclined to take both though and let the staff sort it out.
