Interesting to see those comments on West Virginia and Penn State. They definitely have the regional advantage. Also, Gallagher has been to Penn State 4 times that’s confirmed and possibly more because he’s fairly quiet with his visits and recruitment. West Virginia is his hometown school sort of and he’s been there numerous times. From a visit stand point both schools have a massive head start because he’s been to ND one time. The official visit will be absolutely massive for this recruitment.

WVU is ranked as a top 5 party school in the country every year, has 30,000 undergrads, they have bars on campus, and is secluded in the middle of nowhere. It's Penn State with less academic prestige. Not saying WVU is a better choice than ND, but WVU is 50 times more fun than South Bend, IN.
