Just putting this here: every year ending with 5 a runningback has won the Heisman
I could be off base because I haven't really watched a lot of OSU, but I'm not quite sure what Sayin's credentials for being in the Heisman race are other than being the QB on the #1 team in the nation? I feel like you could put any number of quarterbacks on OSU and they would be exactly where they are right now. He’s still +2000 to win but imo seems low. Not sure Simpson, Mendoza, or Sayin have a “heisman moment” in them quite like he did yesterday. .
If he ends the season with 1,600 APY yards and 20TDs like he’s pacing for I bet he gets an invite as a finalist.
He’s competing 80% of his passes. I’d take Mendoza over him though.I could be off base because I haven't really watched a lot of OSU, but I'm not quite sure what Sayin's credentials for being in the Heisman race are other than being the QB on the #1 team in the nation? (For the record I'm not talking about you personally, I've seen him on the Heisman watch lists too)
Jeremiyah’s dad lol
That description hasn't fit many recent Heisman winnersPavia and Love are both stupidly low in my opinion. If any year is going to break from giving it to the best qb on a top 5 team, it's this year.
It would have helped him tremendously if he had a decent game against Miami when the entire CFB world was watching.
Even worse, I was working my fifth post-graduate job when Chris Weinke, who's three years older than me, won the Heisman.Pavia's almost 25 years old. I think it would be utterly gross if he wins the Heisman.
As for Love, we're witnessing a truly special player, and they don't come along as often as any of us would like. Every touch he gets seems to become a hold your breath moment. When it's a six hard carry, you almost feel disappointed.
He has that kind of ability. There is anticipation that something big could happen with every touch he gets. It's awesome.
Love's numbers in a world where Jadarian committed elsewhere would be video game stuff.Pavia's almost 25 years old. I think it would be utterly gross if he wins the Heisman.

I had to bring this back when looking at the beginning of this thread when he got offered. This man is less an internet poster, more of a prophetWith that 40” vertical he should be excellent at hurdling defenders!
Teams are going to stack the box.I'd say he is still in the H-man conversation. He and Price should feast weeks 8-12.
Oh geez. Talk about the worst marketing campaign ever with some cool hats. I think that made Adams try too hard. There was about an hour where it was cool33trucking campaign has begun?

I prefer Rudolph's.If J Love and Price ran behind Adam’s O Lines, They might combine for 3000 yards we’ve had generally good OLs since, but man those peak HH lines were special.
