He’s still +2000 to win but imo seems low. Not sure Simpson, Mendoza, or Sayin have a “heisman moment” in them quite like he did yesterday. .

If he ends the season with 1,600 APY yards and 20TDs like he’s pacing for I bet he gets an invite as a finalist.

I could be off base because I haven't really watched a lot of OSU, but I'm not quite sure what Sayin's credentials for being in the Heisman race are other than being the QB on the #1 team in the nation? I feel like you could put any number of quarterbacks on OSU and they would be exactly where they are right now.

(For the record I'm not talking about you personally, I've seen him on the Heisman watch lists too)

Pavia and Love are both stupidly low in my opinion. If any year is going to break from giving it to the best qb on a top 5 team, it's this year.

He’s competing 80% of his passes. I’d take Mendoza over him though.

I think Mendoza has the easiest path to win. Simpson and Pavia have better chances to run away with it but also slip up.

It would have helped him tremendously if he had a decent game against Miami when the entire CFB world was watching.

Felt like he was trying to win the national championship every carry the first few weeks.

There’s still time to feed him if he wants it. A Heisman would be awesome for us, but a lighter run would be better for his long term shelf life at the next level.

I say, go for it while you can. Feed him and run up the scores.

Pavia's almost 25 years old. I think it would be utterly gross if he wins the Heisman.

As for Love, we're witnessing a truly special player, and they don't come along as often as any of us would like. Every touch he gets seems to become a hold your breath moment. When it's a six hard carry, you almost feel disappointed.

He has that kind of ability. There is anticipation that something big could happen with every touch he gets. It's awesome.

Even worse, I was working my fifth post-graduate job when Chris Weinke, who's three years older than me, won the Heisman.

Love's numbers in a world where Jadarian committed elsewhere would be video game stuff.

Big Cat pushing him even if it’s a joke bet gets some major eye balls. Runs the biggest sports podcast in the world, has 2 million Twitter followers, and is pretty much universally liked / not decisive like Portnoy.
