A long time ago, a frog lived in the bottom of a well. Every day, he splashed around in the water, happy that he was the master of the well. And he was content, thinking he was so lucky to live in the most perfect place in the world.

However, one day, a sea turtle poked his head over the top of the well and asked the frog if he had ever seen the sea. The frog had never seen the sea, so he asked if it was as big as his well. He then invited the turtle to come down into the well.

The turtle tried to go down. But he was far too big. So from the top of the well, he told the frog about the great size of the sea. At once, the frog began to understand how big the world must be outside of his well. And he was ashamed that he had never been outside to explore.

This year's qb recruiting as a Chinese parable.

Lol, yes. I watched that movie tonight with my wife while pounding down a few Buds and it occurred to me. This movie is crazy like this recruitment.

I think it was more of the fact that Moore apparently privately stated that he is going to commit to ND. Which caused the Irish to stop being serious with Vizzina.

He’s actually only used 2 OVs. Oregon and LSU. Texas A&M was an unofficial for some reason. Michigan unofficial. Second Oregon visit unofficial.

It’s more likely Notre Dame doesn’t have a 2023 QB than it is CJ Carr is the 2023 QB. The same people telling us that it’ll happen are the same ones who said Moore was signed, sealed and delivered.

No QB in 2023 would be yet another bad look for Tommy, but with MF lighting a fire under the staff's ass from a recruiting perspective, I fully expect that there will be a QB in the 2023 class.

The more time passes without hearing that we are contacting any ‘23’s the more confident I am about 1 of 2 things: 1. Dante is still possible, 2. Carr can and is seriously contemplating reclassifying.
