His dad has history with Deion. From Sinclair:

“Dylan played football in Deion’s youth league when they were living in Texas. Dylan’s dad was involved in coaching in that league.”

Prime Timed.

So he didn’t just go ahead and decommit in person when he could have I assume just the other day?
I imagine he probably did as much to the staff.

Apparently might have been scared off by the sheer number of RB's ND has. He'd be the guy at Colorado.

Huge loss, because I think he'd be a prime slot receiver candidate and has a skill set and athleticism that very few on roster have, if any.

KSU and OU fans both thought he was a bit of a diva during their recruitment of him. Sour grapes then, I assume we are about to join their opinion.

I mean there is no way he decommitted and then the staff still sent out smiley photos right after with him lol

That's a good point. I saw it again, and it was ND's staff that posted it. I thought it was Edwards that did it.

Yeah, that's not cool.

Deion Sanders is a joke and Colorado won't be good I gurantee they don't sniff any college football playoff and in 2-3 years he will be running off to Florida State.

Wonder if him not going to be used as a RB and Colorado probally promising him that made the difference? Now lets hope we can keep Limar?

Quite unfortunate. I wasn't sure exactly what his role would have been, he didn't have the build to play full-time running back, and I'm not sure he could have developed into a true wide receiver either, but his speed and athleticism would have been a welcomed addition to the offense - in whatever capacity.

That being said, we have Love and Limar. And still have plenty of talent and depth at running back for next season. Aneyas Williams will also be committing next Friday, so there is nothing to really miss if you look at the larger picture.

Best of luck at Colorado.

Bummer. I was looking forward to seeing this kid play. Reminded me of Reggie Bush. Now he will just slide into irrelevance, but whatever. His choice. I'm sure he will have fun with all the partying and girls in Boulder. I can't imagine any football player would hate any college. Good luck being good in Colorado, though. Hard to run if you don't have holes. I can see Prime being splashy with the skill players, but I don't see Prime doing o line.

Kids make dumbass decisions all the time. It's unfortunate his parents didn't give him better guidance. While I believe he will be electric anywhere he goes in college, the likelihood of someone of his stature making the NFL let alone lasting a few years is slim to none. That ND degree ROI and FUND money will be significantly more than whatever Colorado gives him.

The Driskell one posted and essentially said it was NIL and depth of our RB/WR recruiting class that caused this. The Hillman commit might have been the straw that broke the camels back.

Bummer. His tape reminded me of DeAnthony Thomas.

Is this an NIL poach or just straight up Coach Prime poach?

Driskell's also the one that said Colorado had no shot at Edwards. Driskell obviously doesn't know what he's talking about.
