if he signs with a 5-7 UVA thats a big big drop off for him. Like unless ND is actively telling you are not welcome back then it makes no sense whatsoever

Or he just wants a guarantee to start. It's a drop off, but he has one final year of eligibility and he just wants to play. He wants a shot at the NFL.

UVA is also a great academic school, too.

So walking this out, Michigan for Spindler dropped out of the race in part because at multiple schools he is enrolled in which will allow him to make spring practice. Hence popping up in Nebraska directory. Michigan he was past the date. So ND getting to the Natty directly harmed Michigan’s chance of landing him.

Saw this in one of the Twitter replies:
Michigan: "Good, probably would sit the bench anyway..."
Sure, skankbear.

His parents Nebraska fans when he was a baby? Growing up in Michigan? That's beautiful.

Good luck, Rocco! You made a good choice.

Starting Interior OL is going to have a lot of pressure to perform next year. our 3 transfers weren’t perfect, but obviously they are high D1 starters. Pendleton and Coogan are going to end up starting at 2 2024 Playoff teams, and Rocco probably would have started at Michigan if their admissions timeline was later.
