Amazing how a couple of guys can transfer in for the final season at the most critical position and endear themselves to the team and fans in such a short time. Shows us how good MF is at reading people.
Hartman & Leonard were both class acts and I agree they both loved their Notre Dame experience & seemed to take full advantage of their time here.

Amazing Vagas’s record stood so long. I remember watching him play. Still my all time favorite RB. You guys would have loved him.
Also kinda wild that three of the top five are in the last two seasons.

Allen Pinkett was no slouch either, he's on that TD list twice. Amazing back. He once dunked on me during a pickup game at the Rock. I was 6'4". He was 5'9". Guy had some hops.

I wish Sam dove vs OSU just to get that monkey off our back.
Who knows where winning that game would've led us?

We were never going to win it all with Parker and that young shoestring WR corps in 2023. This recent season could have been our best chance, it will all determine what happens next season. A lot of powerhouses have been down the last few years. Can't expect that to last. Crazy to think if a few of our stars stayed healthy we may have won it all.

Unfortunately our offense back then was (say it with me if you remember)
Pinkett, Pinkett, Pinkett, Punt.

I would say he looked how you would expect

Definitely lacks a bit of velocity. Best reps in each drill were the later ones
His running and escapability is such a big part of his game. Be should be able to showcase those better on the ND pro day!

Shough threw the ball the best out of the group. He could be a solid backup in the league

Milroe didn't look good IMO.

For someone who is such a well-rounded athlete, it’s shocking he doesn’t have a much stronger arm. I thought it was all mechanics and not having his feet set, but it really seems like his arm is just below average.

This always surprised me also. Just looking at his physique, I expected him to have a cannon.

Nate Tice still likes Riley apparently. We shall see what that means come Draft time
