That's fair, but i'm basing my confidence level on their closing rate last year, coupled with the fact that ND isn't backing down from a bidding war this year.

Combine that with the entire package they can offer- the majority of us will be satisfied with this class.

Caught a little bit of the show and I agree wholeheartedly with them when it comes to Safety rankings. It's laughable where these early S ranking are at and then where they end up and those top guys rarely end up being highly ranked. S position is so much about football IQ and instincts the speed.

They're taking advantage of the numbers they have at some positions in the program and aloting extra funds to positions that they have some ballers on the board... Guys like Sesay, Henderson, Jones Jr, Simien and Parks / Alexander won't come cheap and ND is looking to wrap those guys up over the next 2-3 weeks.

I like the strategy. I'd rather take a class of 24 guys and add significant impact, instead of taking 27 guys and adding nunbers to the program with lesser players.
