2027 Master List

[irishandy]

I just think at some point this season, we have a "WTF we got this guy to flip?" moment. And I almost feel like Henderson isn't really "wtf" worthy because we have a legit shot

I agree- he listened to the negative recruiting frok Elko and A&M, if A&M doesn't perform this season that negative recruiting could wear off.

I hope Henderson pulls a Keon Keeley, not waiting through the transfer portal, but I agree I think ND has a legit shot to flip Henderson.

You don't see nearly as many flips in this NIL era. Those contracts are pretty tight.

contracts got buyouts and we ain't poor

[Rocketman84]

Our long snapper is our kicker?
And I thought the kicking game was bad last year

[Ricochet]

But then you click on each of them to view the full class and ND has 3 5* not 4 and atm has 5 not 2. I don't get it either. I would think that the composite rankings are the best way to judge since it's an average of where they're ranked on the 3 other sites but idk. I would love to see ND's "big board" for this years class or any year

You're correct when you click to see the players in the class it's reverting to the Industry composite rankings. But check the Rivals 300 and you see the four 5 Stars. BTW if it wasn't for click bait reasons and they actually ranked all the 5 Stars they would have five 5 Stars with Zay Hasan coming in at #31.

Also could be one of the other south Florida DBs that ND was previously interested in:

Jaylyn Jones, McArthur , Safety

Jaylyn Jones is a Safety from Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Andre Hyppolite, North Miami Beach , Safety

FOOTBALL 2025: Three-phase impact player as a junior. Totaled 63 tackles and 5 INT on defense while catching 32 passes for 405 yards and 4 TD on offense....

Or from Domer23, playing with himself is his expertise.

I’m glad we share a source: pure speculation.

Man would love to steal Hyppolite from the Canes.

Kids film screams baller. I'd love to see him visit for the Miami game to give him a taste of the Irish and canes on the same field. He can witness Johnson and Shuler make plays all over the field.

Don’t see us getting another corner if we get another DB it should be a safety

Even though the last two flip targets (Torbert and Greedy) were CB prospects?

I would agree that safety seems to be more of a need than CB for this class. But if a solid CB wants in that'd be hard to turn down.

Really nice add for the Hurricanes. Absolute stud player. Awesome for them to get him to come a year early. Their DB haul is comically good.

If you ever post with enthusiasm about miami getting a stud player again. We're meeting at the Irsay Y. Nothing awesome about them getting him

Or maybe this is who Zayden Gamble was hinting about? We can dream can't we. Yeah gotta believe it's the U.

I'm sure he'll drop to a four star like our 28 reclassification 5 stars did right?

...Right?

Yeah, and it wasn’t always that way either…. I seem to remember JT Daniels and Quinn Ewers who were a couple of the first to reclassify, keep their 5 star status. Hell, Ewers remained #1 OA when he moved up…crazy.

Of course not, and he will be a top 10 player in the class.

Flanigan, Hawk and Halter are the only 3 not planning to EE

Flanigan, Hawk and Halter are the only 3 not planning to EE

Awesome news overall. It's great that so many get a head start these days. Halter is the only guy I'm a touch disappointed with, simply because he has a ton of upside, but needs some serious time in a college weight room. That said, he's not going to be playing right away regardless due to the talent ahead of him...

[Irish#1]

Did a quick search. As far as the number of EE's, per 247.

• USC: 35 total commits (32+ reported early enrollees on campus)

• Alabama: 27 total commits (19–23 reported enrollees/newcomers)

• Oregon: 24 total commits (16 reported early enrollees)

Any ND croots? For a while we were doing ok with Bishop Gormon but feels like that's cooled off.
