Any news on Graham, @FWIrish4 ?! It's Wednesday and we need answers!!

The concrete answer I’ve gotten so far:

The original plan was for him to join Schott at IU because they’re super close. Graham didn’t hear from IU off the bat, so we’re not sure exactly where IU stands.

I’ve got a buddy with a text out to Mylan’s close friend and another person with a text out to Mylan directly, but no dice yet.

CFB landscape is changing rapidly. Every coach makes mistakes and no program is perfect. MFMF is a good guy to ride the ups and downs with. Whatever opinion you have on us getting screwed out of a CFP trip aside, it's shocking for the HC of ND to not understand how this market works and when he had time to plan accordingly. Missing now will create some frustrating moments next season. Hoping for the best.

Whenever MF screws up, he messes up in the worst way possible. Promoting Porker, playing with 10 guys against Ohio St, or trusting this Martin fella to run the operation.

10 guys against OSU is inexcusable.

Parker was the product of Rees leaving after the hiring window. Considering what Hartman has revealed himself to be in preseason mop up time and the pitiful cast of skill players around him, I think GP did fine.

Martin just played a key role in signing the best recruiting class in a decade.

That recruiting class isn’t going to mean much this season when teams are running it up their ass

My current guess is ND locked up a lot of recruits in the 2026 class with rev share agreements. This with the current roster leaves less room under the “cap” for rev share agreements. ND can still promise money but these agents wants to rev share agreements because it’s more guaranteed. So $1 million in NIL + $500K in rev share versus $1.5 million in rev share for example are not the same.

I checked in yesterday at midday and we were going to shutter the program. I checked in last night and the vibes were good and our DL was going to be stacked. I check in just now and it appears there's been no news and everyone is panicking again?

PSU fans don’t seem happy. Heavy DMV ties
That's an area that ND SHOULD do sooooo much better than they do in recruiting. There is tons of talent in that corridor of the country, lots of quality schools and kids that SHOULD profile for Notre Dame. There is no reason why we don't get 2-3 guys out of there every year. Getting Khary Adams in the cycle was really exciting.

OSU, Penn State and to a lesser extent Michigan, Georgia and Alabama have all cleaned up there over rhe last decade. Not always in terms of quantity, but certainly in terms of impact talent. All of those programs with the exception of Penn State have won at least one Natty over that period of time.

Yea.. it’s not like the portal was a cherry on top for us this season.. DL is a make or break position right now & the staff has botched it entirely, so far.

It’s like when I was little & looked at my parents as people who have it all figured out & deal with no stress & will just do exactly what’s needed, when it’s needed with no hesitation.

I’m now coming to realize that’s the relationship I have with this staff 😂

Mom & Dad are completely down the shitter & I’m screaming for McDonalds in the back seat while the check engine light is on, my dad hasn’t worked in 3 months & my mom is moonlighting at the Salty Dog.

I'll get worried if this is the roster we have going into spring. I very much doubt it will be.

Some of you folks need to find a hobby for the next 2-3 weeks or something.
Some people enjoy participating in the Chaos. People get a kick out of the ups and downs / highs and lows. It's not for everyone, but there are people that are similarly invested in free agency in a variety of sports.

I've got buddies that stay up all night when on July 1st when NHL free agency hits, because they love seeing the moving pieces. They also call in sick for work or take a holiday on trade deadline day and spent 8 hours watching the televised national broadcasts to see what kind of buying / selling their team did.

It's all in good fun!

this sucks. Not really sure what to think of this all. That said, the board has been lit the last few days. Reminds of me of the old National signing day shit shows.

75% of the site victors being pissed enough to post about it does move the needle. :ROFLMAO:
