Jaziel Hart was on campus today for a visit.

Kyle Kelly notes that ND has moved into one of his favourites, and will work to set up an OV. Antsy was the word Kelly used.

Believes Michigan & PSU are the other schools to note. Wiltfong does have a prediction in for PSU, but this was logged two months ago. OSU is hosting him tomorrow, and they will try to get themselves more in the race.

Already has OVs set up with VT (5/30), PSU (June 6/6), Tennessee (6/13), and Michigan (6/20).

How does 247 have an unranked grade on a kid with ND, Michigan, PSU, and Tennessee offers + a dozen more from P5 schools. Didn’t get around to watching some film?

Driskell on Quinn:

Great visit. Quinn fit in very well. His values mesh very well with the program, on and off the field. Sounds like Clemson and Notre Dame have emerged as the top teams at this point. Quinn's words: "Their definitely a top 3 team."

ND is the only northern team that Quinn is considering, largely due to Al Washington. They've built a great relationship since he was offered a few months ago.

I don't get his ranking at all, looks like a Top 100ish prospect, IMO.

Currently has predictions in for Nick Reddish, Rodney Dunham, Kaydon Finley, Richie Flanigan ('27), McHale Blade & Joey O'Brien.

Probably going to go with Ewetade and Osborne.

Sounds like ND is in a good spot for Dre Quinn per early returns. Simmons said ND hit a home run. My question for those smarter than me…

Does ND make it work with Dunham, Ewetade, Quinn, and Blade if all want in? Seems to be a lot of positional overlap with these 4 and none besides maybe Blade look like they could beef up to slide inside.

I think the first 3 are better players. But with Blade, we have to consider the Illinois/Chicago connection. Don't want to upset the coaches in the area. I would consider taking all 4. Might move on from Golden. You would definitely need to nail 2 DTs though

Just my opinion but I'm guessing it's whoever wants to jump on board first out of Dunham, Ewetade, Quinn & Blade. Probably take the first 3. Is it just me or has the Blade recruiting gone quiet since ND was the perceived leader early on. Unless you look at the numbers of possible EDGE guys leaving the roster after 2026 then maybe you take 4. This is a great problem to have. I could see sliding Blade inside to DT/3T. I usually just defer my DL input to irish2008 though

So just to recap the week, we have an upcoming commitment with Dunham on the 10th. Then we possibly have silents for O'Brien, Ebenezer and Clapper. We are in a big lead over Michigan with Osborne, that might be wrapped up soon. Blade is on campus now and is on commit watch. Quinn just had an awesome visit and we jumped up into his top group. We got Sutter on campus this weekend. 5 Star Felix Ojo next weekend. In the lead for Finley. In the lead for Reddish. We are in the top two for Khary Adams. Top two for Premer.

How many commits in April? Over under 4.5

Fwiw I think there's a very low probability that either Clapper or Obrien are silents right now. Ewetade and Dunham, absolutely.

5 star OL and Ebenezer’s teammate Ekene Ogboko also on campus this weekend. He’s a great fit and it wouldn’t be a surprise if we jump into the lead after this weekend.

Agreed on Ogboko. I'd love to know how ND ranks these OTs.

Gregory Patrick is due in a well soon, as is McKeough. And his teammate is O'Brien.

Wouldn't mind several teammates continuing that!

Patrick is the bottom of the 4 I like. Ogoboko, Goodwin, O'Brien's teammate, Patrick
