That would make sense, considering they got his top prospect in the 5th round.

Fun random note: we played against Carson Wentz in high school. He wasn't even the QB.

We had to go up against LaVar Arrington, on the basketball court too. Dude was the best athlete I've seen up close and personal. Just a flat out freak.

Not so great info came out this week from an unnamed NFL assistant coach. He said that Sanders was a disaster in their interview with him. Specifically, they intentionally mixed in some of Sanders' mistakes when watching game tape with him and he missed on all the mistakes... never caught them or seemed to grasp he'd made a mistake or why. When the coaches pointed said mistakes out, Sanders got angry and made excuses instead of showing any sign he was learning from what they showed him. NOTHING about that bodes well for him being coachable or a good presence in a QB room. Given that others have claimed he was awful in pre-draft interviews, this probably wasn't a unique happening.

The SC OT ahead of him was NC State's SR left tackle last year, which was good for All ACC Honorable mention. No idea how they came up with him ahead of guys who actually made the All ACC team

Unless the team plans on moving him inside, Will Campbell's effort in the game last night should scare off any team from taking Knapp that high to play tackle.
