Not in their recruiting rankings. Not in their spring or fall camp performances. Nothing to suggest that he could pass Greathouse at any point.

Let's do a wager - if Burress finishes within the top 4 in either receptions or receiving yards mods can IP ban me, if he doesn't same penalty for you. Hell, I'll do you one better, if Burress finishes as #5 in either category 3 month ban for me.

That would certainly make it tougher, but I can't imagine anyone takes that bet. If Burress has any chance of getting reps to actually surpass the others it's going to be probably further into the season and into post season. Most freshmen don't see much time early in the year unless the competition is really bad. They need time to understand the playbook, get acclimated, and sometimes injuries help push them up the depth chart. Late season collapses can also prompt coaches to see what they've got in younger talent.
