I think you are probably right, but man it would be nice if 4-5 of our recruited, scholarship receivers finally stepped up and became big time players.

I’m sure those guys will still step up. But when secondaries key in on guys like Thomas, Greathouse, Merriweather, etc, Sam Hartman will find a wide open Salerno. That’s what good QBs do.

There are some really nice underneath options between Greathouse, Thomas, Salerno, and even Tyree (to say nothing of the tight end position). Right now ND needs somebodies to emerge for the outside roles. There are a lot of hopes hanging on Merriweather and his one career reception.

From watching the spring game, Thomas looks like he’s more than just an underneath option.

Prister has said that Love looks more like an athlete than a football player right now. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s a bigger Theo Riddick.

Is it just me, or do our receivers look more athletic in one clip, than they did all of last year?

I really think Stuckey will have this group much improved. He had almost nothing to work with last year.

Nice to see Raridon running around without a brace

Would Be great if he could have a drew Tranquil like return from 2 knee injuries. Drew stayed pretty healthy after 2 acls. Rairdon has so much upside

One player I thought was surprising weight wise was gibran Payne listed at 208.

Pretty good weight for the shiftiness he has. Could be helpful in running between the tackles. I was really impressed with him in the practice I saw in the spring
