Ivey needs to fix her depth. They have 3.5 players that are worth a fuck on offense. I’m not sure Marshall is even worth a scholarship.

Just came to say the only thing more embarrassing than the men's basketball officiating is the women's basketball officiating. This dude ref has done everything he can to make this game about him - shot clock issue, nose ring issue, fake elbow to the face delay, dumb foul call at end of first half... just hard to watch this crap.

ND bigs aren't even allowed to play defense either which will cause them to lose this game. You touch the Beers girl with the ball and it's automatically a foul.

Could’ve really used Olivia Miles and others this season. Injuries have killed us. Yes they are common in NCAAWBB, but our team has been especially hit hard.

Feels like even if we win this game, we’re just lambs to the slaughter (vs South Carolina). We need more depth to compete with the 1s.

Still proud of what this team has accomplished and could still potentially accomplish this year. Hidalgo is a revelation.

Craziest thing is that Beers entire offense is illegal hooking to get the turn on defender.

One of Westbeld's fouls is from being stiff armed and falling by Beers.

And earlier in the game Beers sent Citron to the floor while neither had the ball.

Just not sure why her bull in a china shop play does not garner any fouls but the girls trying to defend her get called for everything.

The dude ref now calls back to back touch fouls 80 feet from the basket on Citron. I honestly don't see how you call either - if those are consistently called fouls they'd run out of players.

Calling it now. Freshman phenom that fades away each year going forward. Just has shown us nothing in the tournament. Next year we should still be the best team in the country with Sonia and Olivia returning.

Injuries finally caught up to them. Not much you can do when 4 players you are counting on to be Mainstays in your rotation are out. Hannah picked a bad time to have her worst game, which didn't help, but not going to put much of the result on her given they wouldn't even be there without her.

Congrats to the girls on a good year. I hope we can get our big three back and get them some help. Get our bigs healthy and some more help. Get Miles back. Stay healthy and this team looks far, far different.

Not confident either of these teams would keep up with the SC buzz saw so ending on a competitive note might be nice.

Really surprised we lost to that team, we’ve beaten better. Hannah sucked today didn’t see that coming. She carried us all year.

And to the clown complaining about our depth we have literally half our rotation injured and out for the season. No amount of coaching can do anything about that.

Do you see how small of a stud it is?

The item is so small that it is clearly also hard to remove and she was told by an official before the game that it would be fine as long as she covered it with a piece of tape.

Unfortunate ending, but highly entertaining year! Refs just don't know how to ref big players in basketball. It's just stupid what Beers was getting away with and what ND was getting called for. Next year should be really fun to watch. Hopefully they can put an NIL package together to bring Westbeld back. Hopefully Prosper doesn't transfer. Hopefully Watson heals quickly, and hopefully their "Big" recruit comes ready to play.

It is weird that the women's basketball team never communicates their injuries. They have players that have been in street clothes for months and no one knows why.

I think its known what the injuries are:
Kylee- ACL
Olivia- ACL
Emma Risch- Hip surgery
Cass Prosper- Broken Foot

Not sure what Jenna Brown's injury was.

Seems like everything went wrong unfortunately. Future is bright next year.

Yeah if you wanna enforce the rule starting this round, weird but OK. But you can't enforce it after the game has already started. Ridiculous.

I'm sure a lot of us were thinking it. Still something that we probably should have addressed earlier. I'm sure it won't be a problem going forward after what happened.
