I think our chances are better than in years past, but Bama... FL's O is looking incredible this year too.

NW, glad to see them perhaps from an academic perspective, but a bit of a head scratcher to me lol. scUM and PSU after their start... IDK.

My statement would be based on a couple things. How hard is Bama really recruiting him? And would he want to go that far (Bama/Florida) from Cincy for football. In the absence of OSU, I like our chances if we’re recruiting him strong enough. And that I can’t answer because he hasn’t been in touch with the ND sites much.

RB board appears to be Singleton, Payne, and Hayden at the top?

Looking at the 2020 summer leaders for Sawchuk and have to think Michigan and Stanford starting 1-3 and 0-2 respectively without much hope for a rebound to end the year will hurt them. The other team was Oklahoma. While they have a great prospect in QB Caleb Williams in 2021, there isn’t a RB committed in 2021 (final group for Wheaton, Edwards, Johnson however) or 2022 currently. They do however have an embarrassment of riches at WRs to compliment Williams. #4, 16, and 23 in 2021 and #2, 8, and 14 in 2022 already. All 6 are top 130 overall recruits. Damn.

They’re heavy after Hayden. He’s getting the top treatment from both defensive and offensive staffs. But, he’s been balling at RB.

I've seen posts mentioning the OLine class. Here's a little summary on the offer list and who remains and who's available. I think ND's got a great chance/might even lead for Billy Schrauth, Ty Chan, Jake Taylor, and Grant Bingham. After that, I think they'll recruit Zach Rice to the finish line cause he might be a 1st RD pick and Jacob Allen is from the pro-ND area. Either way, ND's got a bunch of legitimate options and they could have a nation-leading class along the OLine in 2022 if things fall their way.

- 4 CB's/FC's to Wisconsin. Mentions ND as one of the schools recruiting him the hardest, hasn't cut his list but assuming he ends up at Wisconsin

- Ex-Teammate of John Olmstead, from a very-pro ND area. Talks to Quinn weekly

- 8 CB's/FC's to Oklahoma. Yes, he's technically open and hasn't cut a list or committed anywhere, but matter of time before Oklahoma gets him. Super long shot

- Loy CB'd him to ND. Rees and Quinn were going after him hard. Would love to have a 6'5''-6'6'' G/T in the class!

- Memphis kid who's at IMG. Massive human being. Knows Donte Vaughn from Whitehaven in Memphis. We'll see where this goes

Good work. I agree with it. I think they are looking into a couple more guys and may offer. Here's what I just posted in Taylor's profile:

From reading off brand pieces regarding Bingham, I think he's a guy that could join the class if he's allowed to.

I used to think Schrauth was a lock but I get the feeling he's fading. I believe ND's chances with Brunner and Hinzman are 0%. Sinclair was pushing puff pieces on Hinzman and it got people fired up about him but if you read off brand stories on him, you'd never know ND offered.

I think the class is gonna be:

Tanona
Taylor
Chan
One of: Allen, Bingham, Schrauth or Fitzgerald
5th if it's: Rice or Kiyaunta Goodwin (This could bump the #4's if they commit first)

clemson seems to be the fav, he also is fond of FSU because of norvell when he was coaching at memphis...this is back in april -----“I have 28 offers right now,” continued Simpson. “Every school in the SEC has offered except Florida. Yep, I do like Wimsatt, but this guy is an OG. It'll be Angeli most likely and I know this is his first year starting, but I just don't see it compared to others out there. But again, who the hell am I.. I also like Cade Klubnik. He wants an offer.. BAD
