Ah, so you'll anecdotally yap, but you can't provide any substance. Shocker....

Trump gets eaten up for every word. And you're playing the context and nuance game.....

got it

"anecdotally yap" - lol still waiting for your assessment of what Cack posted...

Simple questions for you.

1) Do you believe that Maxime Waters was going to kill DJT?

2) Do you agree the political rivals should be locked up?

3) Do you agree with the statement that Obama committed treason?

I'll wait.

See page 21-22 of this document on why they dont provide personal data of their experts.

One of the reasons is as I said. Some countries are repressive and it could lead to personal or professional harm of the contributor.

Cack posted something I doubt he fully vetted. Guessing he didn't download the data sets prior to posting, and simply liked the message the charts suggested. I also doubt he knew the background of the authors/leaders providing the study.

And yes, you're anecdotally yapping on the conversation Cack and I are having. I doubt you read the study at all. At least I read it, just didn't download the data set, which I doubt Cack did either prior to posting.

I don't mind answering direct questions, unlike several on the board.

1) No I don't believe she would actually kill DJT. That does not excuse the rhetoric.
2) I would normally say no, but the dems tried to lock Trump up for a collusion delusion for 4 years...
3) for what?

Now a few questions for you.

1) did the democrats stance on immigration change from 2010-2018? If you say no, you're being intelectually dishonest as it's pretty clear just looking at Obama's record that it did.
2) so assuming you admit the dem's stance on immigration did change, then you can conclude that a key finding in the V-dem study is intellectually dishonest. Is it not?

No you dont. Just hit submit.

OK, so downloaded it. A quick scan of looking at the index and indicator attributes are what I figured it would be. It's basically a subjective questionnaire that is answered by "country experts".

So my questions are still

1) did you download prior to posting? Or just take it on face value.
2) do you believe the Dems haven't moved on immigration from 2010-2018?

Dude, 95% of the time I don't reply to you first. It's always you that comes barking up my tree. So, no, I was not yapping at you. I jokingly responded to Cack about how ridiculous a super spliced up video was by another poster, again, not responding to you.

To Q3 - you know damn well that DJT has constantly said Obama committed treason. So, do you think that DJT wants him hung?

1 & 2) I haven't personally studied the dem's immigration stance. I've found the destabilization of the ME by Obama pretty heinous and the total abuse of migrant workers that's allowed to go on is messed up. I'm likely much further left on immigration than what position the Dem's have had. You can't paint me to be an Obama apologist lol

This is wrong 100%. I have known about them for a few years hence why I was already following them on Twitter. I posted the link becasue it was interesting to see someone (anyone) claim that the GOP was actually moving towards autocratism. Thasts all.. They are well respected and well known and their data is used by many people and scholars all over the world. I dont understand why this is even remotely controversial.

But as I knew it would occur, the default is just to dismiss.

I dont care anymore. This group works hand in hand with well respected scholars all over the world and with Notre Dame. Whatever.

The "subjective" questionaire is simply your opinion. It isnt subjective but scientific and is only able to be answered by qualified people meeting their criteria for scholastic and cultural expertise. Listen YJ you arent going to do anything but undermine and discredit these peoples hard work over the years. Its no longer worth even discussing.

I didn't see anything in that vid that was misleading. There simply wasn't a lot of context needed lol... which is why I asked since you casted doubt on it. Why cast doubt if you're not going to provide specifics?

I'm not sure what specifically your talking about, but if you're talking about the treason comments around spying on Trump, that's a layered question. Based on what we know know per FISA investigation, McCabes latest statements, and Brennan's own notes, it seems the whole premise of the collusion delusion was BS, and it looks like Obama and Biden knew what was going on. It's pretty obvious this wasn't warranted and legal surveillance. If Obama knew, which it's pretty obvious he did, it would depend on what part he played in it. Nobody seems to want to get those answers. If this was purely political (not sure what else it would be), then there is an argument for treason.

It's not hard. And based on your other knowledge, pretty clear you're playing dumb here. Every knows Obama deported many many more than Trump. Everyone knows he built the cages. Hell MSM even used pics of Obama era kids in cages incorrectly trying to bash Trump. Everyone knows every major dem, including Biden, Pelosi, Schiff, Schumer, etc. was for a strong border until about the time Trump campaigned on the "Wall"...

So now you know.

The study says the Dems are farther left than the GOP on the issue, and hasn't moved. It shows the GOP moving way far right on the topic. It's simply intellectually dishonest. And if one of the primary/key findings is so blatantly bullshit, none of passes the smell test. There were a lot of other areas the were detached from reality too, but the immigration indicator was the easiest to blow up without debate.

So you actually think an argument can be made to hang a former president of the US? Dude.

My guy, I'm not looking to argue whether Obama was good on immigration or not. Pretty clear where I stand in terms of him. As a pacifist he really rubs me the wrong way.

Can you just answer the following. Seems you're doing everything possible to not answer.
1) did you download the data set prior to posting?
2) has the dems stance on immigration not moved?

The questionnaire is not "scientific". Depending on the lean of the "country expert", who by the way has been chose by clearly liberal academics, the "study" could go either way. And to rely on the US is repressive, or might become repressive, to not disclose the source, is pretty hilarious. I can understand China, not the US.

You want me to basically take on face value that a very left leaning group chose unbiased "country experts" to answer questions? Come on. What if tossed up study from a far right think tank who wouldn't identify their experts? You'd laugh at me.

1) If an entity or person illegally spied on an incoming president, is that not treason? Simple question.

2) don't dance around the Obama immigration topic. You simply don't want to answer because it proves my point about the v-dem study.

Exactly what I did when I saw the Blazetv guy's video you linked, and low and behold they got in trouble for messing around with an AOC video.

The videos are cut so tightly leaving out a bunch of context. You can cut up a video to show any person saying some heinous things.

You're allowed to be offended and upset about Maxime Waters, but to claim that she is leading some sort of charge to have violence is extreme.

LOL.

I'll circle back to this later. If I don't forget.

Another day and another vote count error. This one in Iowa and the race now swings in favor of the Republican. So far, every election vote error has favored a Democrat. Coincidence? When an interview resurfaces from Biden's own chief of staff where he states election cheating exists, who knows?!?! Where are the Bernie Sanders supporters on this board? You all know he not only had one election, but two stolen from him.

Why do all the dead people vote Democrat?

Nah, I'm not getting gas-lit for each part of the video that I think is without context. Played that game way too much. lol

As a fairly privileged white guy I find it tough to judge a lot of what MW says as it is often race related. I do find it incredibly ironic that a lot of people want to take what she says literally and without any nuance, however DJT you need careful nuance to understand his comments about locking up his political opponents or having them hung for treason.

TBH, if you have a problem with how Trump talks, then you should have a problem with MW. That's every bit as unprofessional as the stupid crap DJT spouts.

The United States Senate will now include a Republican who lost a football game to Vanderbilt and thinks that the three branches of government are "the House, the Senate and executive."

Additionally, he said WWII was fought to free Europe from Socialism.

The United States of America twice elected a president who said he had been to all 57 States(I think he said 57?). Something tells me you may have even voted for him!

Nazism is in large part, a form of socialism but yes he messed that up. One day I'll go through the work of finding out why they and the commies hated each other so much, but that day is not today.

Perhaps Doug Jones should have tried representing Alabama instead of his party and he'd still have a job come January.

Idk what a tan suit has to do with being so fucking dumb you don't know how many states there are. See how easy this game is to play?

Doug Jones isn't a good person and Tommy Tuberville owned Alabama over the course of a decade. 6 straight wins over Alabama...but yeah he's a moron I suppose.

Tired old song - every R is a moron and every D is an amazing intellectual. When reality is Joe Biden is one of the lowest IQ Senators outside of Mazie Horono. Do Republicans have anyone that even comes close to those two in the Senate? That's not even dipping a toe in the house - there are some dumb AF folks over there and much more predominantly on the donkey side of the aisle.

She's a US Senator for crying out loud. It doesn't make it any less harmful. You want to bash Trump for all the BS he spouts and I'm fine with that. I've pointed out many a times what a moron he is when he opens his mouth, but that doesn't give her a free pass or make it any less important. Being a Senator is supposed to carry a certain amount of decorum and professionalism, just like the president is supposed to.

Shes in the House, not the Senate. The "dignity" and "professionalism" expected of a Senator is much higher outside the states that only have one rep.

The problem for her still, is she is a "big name" representative. And Trump will always get away with certain behaviors that others shouldn't specifically because he doesn't pretend to be a politician.
