My confidence level (predictions)

Solomon Tuliaupupu - 10% (USC)
Noah Boykin - 40% (Florida)
Jarrett Patterson - 50% (UCLA)
Nicholas Petit-Frere - 50 % (ND)
C'Bo Flemister - 60% (ND)
Lawrence Keys - 67% (ND)
Derrick Eason - 80% (ND)
DJ Brown - 80% (ND)

I do think we land one of the OL and one of the CBs, which is key.
I would not be shocked if C'Bo stuck with GT. Which would stink for us.

Based on what? Haven't all things been coming back saying should be Irish?

Yes, which is why the lack of commitment to ND is somewhat troubling, to some. Some are starting to contemplate if distance is an issue that C'Bo can't get over. I'd still be shocked if he wasn't Irish, but I can understand a little pessimism creeping in as it sounds like he was supposed to flip, "at any moment" for a lot of moments now.

Personally, I would. I think our competition is Tennessee not Georgia Tech.

These are my best guesses:
Solomon Tuliaupupu - 10% (USC)
Noah Boykin - 10% (Florida)
Jarrett Patterson - 40% (UCLA)
Nicholas Petit-Frere - 30% (Florida)
C'Bo Flemister - 80% (ND)
Lawrence Keys - 55% (ND)
Derrick Eason - 100% (ND)
DJ Brown - 100% (ND)

I think there's three guys we "should" land, one who we should have the edge for but could go either way, two guys where it's improbable bu possible, and two that would be shockers.

Who are these mysterious “some?”
Guy left campus on Sunday. BK literally just left his house. He could flip at any time. Or have his moment next week. What’s the rush?

Fantastic finish. 247 was in full blown meltdown mode yesterday with all sorts of hate on Bk, Lyght, Quinn, etc. And now this.

Great job to the ND coaching staff!

Team is sitting at 89 scholarship players is that correct? So we would have to get down 4 more to 85. Any idea who is on the outs?

It's not important, it always works itself out. After sprign ball/over the summer we'll know who is medical, who is transferring, who is asked back for a 5th.

Nice finish for the Irish and the class of 2018! The staff did a heck of a job closing today.

I've had ESPN U and ESPN2 on since 7:30 this morning and they've only mentioned ND once :(

Nice to not hear any Notre Dame guys saying for the next 3-4 years I will -----------------these guys who say this might as well say I don't give a &^%$ about academic value I'm on my way to the NFL baby.

That's not really true. What if Tranquil, who is very academic-minded per his academic awards, was graded as first or second rounder his junior year? He would've been foolish to stay.

I think most of this kids hope they are athletically gifted enough to play hard for 3 years and earn a first day selection.

If we could sign more five stars, I'd be okay with everyone of them saying they'll be in South Bend 3-4 years :)

LK3 said that he'll be attending ND for the next 3-4 years hopefully, during his signing

I don't get 247. They base their system on their in house rankings and a composite ranking system and then put out a subjective piece like this and leave the Irish out of every category except LB.

WR, TE & DB should have been on the list using their own formulas and of course I'm personally putting Phil on any Top 5 list, make that Top 1 list for ND.

I'll also take ND's OL haul over South Carolina's. They were included because they had 6 signees, though Dylan Wonnum was the only one I'd want at ND (and I'd take Jarrett Patterson 10 times out of 10 over him) By using this logic, ND should have beaten OSU's excellent class of 3.

I totally agree! WR is disrespectful in that they put Ohio State’s haul ahead of ND’s which is a joke cause Kamryn Babb is good but Kevin Austin, Braden Lenzy, Micah Jones, and Lawrence Keys III is much more depth and talent than their 3 man group. I’d also take the Takacs-Tremble combo over Florida’s combo. And if the 247 staff is using the numbers logic to take South Carolina’s OLine in the top 5 then you have to get the 7 man DB class of ND in their somewhere. Definitely ahead of the 3 man class of USC which has some legit top end talent but we have Houston Griffith, Derrik Allen and 5 more guys to match up and exceeed that haul.

Relax gents. The play on the field will take care of this.
