Interesting info on Tyreke Smith who visited for the MSU game. He's not a native Ohioan. He's from Corona, CA. He has a basketball background. He has a 3.9 GPA and he likes wearing ND clothing. Very interesting.

2018's class has me excited but so did '17 after Beal committed and it was said we were the leaders for Pryor and Garrett so I'll curb my enthusiasm until Irish Invasion, Junior Day, and the Spring game for this class. I do think the Midwest IL, IN, and OH are all better next year than this year as far as prospects go. Hopefully we keep the ball rolling.

ND was in to look at 2018 4 TE Will Mallory in Jacksonville for some reason. He is the son of former Michigan LB Mike Mallory who's an assistant with the Jags now. On the bright side he's also the grandson of Miami U great, Bill Mallory so he at least has that going for him.

I was watching new offer Connor Wedington's film and on the second play of his tape he gets caught from behind by a tall DE which jumped out at me. Did a little digging and found his tape. There's even film on him beating Foster Sarell. Corbin Hartsock looks like a player to me. Reported 4.72 - 40... DE/TE class of '18.

What do you guys think?
