For those guys on the team it might matter. You lost to a team who had not won a game in 54 days. Your coach could at least help out by getting you into a set and give them an opportunity to win and get some confidence.

I sniped at him periodically - one where I bitched about the incoherent game summary he pinged back about how hard it is to hit a deadline ten minutes after the game. He may not respond but his bitch ass reads them all guaranteed. Pissed me off permanently when he was sniping at Djogo real early in the season. C'mon man - nobody was expecting Nik to see a ton of PT and definitely not make or break the season. Your job in a season like this is to find the positives to build off of, not bitch like a spoiled kid being forced to clean his room.

Gibbs deserves criticism but there is a way to do it without being a total prick.
