Now we'll get "rewarded" with a 4 seed in Kansas or UNC's region, because Kansas and UNC are now the "lower" 1 seeds.
I don't know about others here, but I would much rather be in Gonzaga's or Villanova's region than KU's or UNC's because of physical size issues vs. the latter teams.
Not playing well.
Just an average night from beyond the arc and they win by 10+.
The question now is can they get rested and get heated back up shooting the ball and make another run?
Good thing is that the Irish played themselves up to a 4-seed, and even winning tonight probably wouldn't have changed that.Hard fought game. Should have pulled it out but shooting that bad from 3 is not gonna cut it. I think we were fatigued. Should be a 4 seed and I think we could make some noise.
Pretty much nailed it on the head. We can keep up with anyone in the country I think. But just to be safe can we not,be in,the duke and UNC bracket hahaGood thing is that the Irish played themselves up to a 4-seed, and even winning tonight probably wouldn't have changed that.
Winning the conference tournament would have been great, especially winning the ACC twice in three years, but this team has bigger fish to fry. Can see this team getting to another Elite 8 if the draw is kind. There's really no team in the country this team can't beat on a good night. You always worry about bigger, longer, deeper teams causing problems but Brey has been dealing with that problem forever now.
Go Irish.

I believe NCAA bracket rules prevent a matchup with any team we played in the conference tournament before the Elite 8.
If you play a team twice you cant play them the first weekend. If you play a team, once you can play them the secons, game
Well then that precludes Duke, UVA, and FSU, right?
