Bogs First 15s video Analysis complete with a start at gushing with praise and glory over the entire team; And Including a long drawn out diatribe over what the 15s shows regarding the long term plans of Kelly and the team for Spring 2015:

A) BK seems to be right on crowing about his additional depth luxury.

2) The mostly good news azimuth of the team since the bowl game seems to be affirmed. (Grace looks healthy and man is he big! With new coaches nobody was walking about with heads up a$$es, which is a good thing!)

III) And the best for last, the overall continuity of the team displayed in all of the 15 second clips and interviews, seems to support a single storyline. Team collectively doing what it takes. Kelly talking about DeShone Kizer and then seeing his drills, seeing Procise working with the running backs, and some of the other moves discussed and verified by film snippets : The selflessness is starting from the top down; i.e., Kelly has promoted other's ideas, and that bodes well with the team for this year. He looks to have become the manager (what he is best at), brought in good new coaching talent, and is listening to and communicating with them.

I would like to know if it seemed to anyone else that the running back's footwork looked more sound in early drills, and that Kizer and Golson both seemed sharper with a faster release? Also, did it seem to anyone else that there were less one on one exchanges between coaches and players, (coaches pulled players aside), than in the past? That in particular will be something interesting to track this spring. I would encourage any of you with detail orientations to look at footwork, routes, technique in general, for each position group. I am not the sharpest tool in the shed, but this to me would be the real win for the team, (and for us analysis nuts overreaching the spring feed as a barometer for the season ahead). Just spitballin' Go IRISH!

Probably biggest takeaway from today

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>First OL during tempo was LT Ronnie Stanley, LG Quenton Nelson, C Nick Martin, RG Steve Elmer, RT Mike McGlinchey</p>— Irish Sports Daily (@ISDUpdate) <a href="https://twitter.com/ISDUpdate/status/578170273754714112">March 18, 2015</a></blockquote>
<script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Is it me, or does this combination of OL have a chance to be very, very good???? I know many pegged Nelson an OT in college, but if he's that good, put him anywhere and let him play, although I'm not counting Bars out of the fight. He's almost as big!!

Other interesting take home from today's practice is that both Corey Holmes and Justin Brent are still practicing at WR.

I thought that at least one of them would have been switched over to DB. In particular, I was hoping that Holmes was going to become our next stud CB.

sounds like he is having trouble with his own position doubt they would be doing any switching now w/ him..although bk said he might get passed up due to it...possibly then..idk

Watching this film gets me extremely excited about this year and beyond based on depth. This is the most dynamic group of skill position players I can remember since the mid 90s. I obviously have high hopes but i think this team really will be special this year.

Kizer looks much improved, however still a tad bit slower than Golson and Zaire......Golson makes it look so effortlessly, and Malik isn't far behind in that aspect.

I'm so hoping Max is able to put it all together......his hips are amazing!!! Cole Luke is probably the only one in the film who's hips are equal if not just a bit better.....that cannot be taught.

Quote from Kelly. As a lot have stated on here before and I too agree with. The 2014 class could turn out to be really really good. Special class.

“Last year we played a lot of freshman, but you’ll even see some more guys who didn’t play this year, and I think they’ll play more prominent roles. I think cumulatively when we look back on that class, I think we’re going to say that was one outstanding class across the board from skill players to linemen on the offensive and defensive side of the ball.

“So, again, we all evaluate classes coming in. I think if you just now take a different perspective and look at two years or a year later, where are they, and I think we’ll look at the class and say, ‘Look where they are,’ in terms of across the board influencing this football team. And I think this year, you’re going to see a lot of them.”

I liked how Max was rockin' a facemask usually worn by defensive linemen. Shades of Jeff Burris.

To me Zaire looks to have cut his release time in half. I always thought he had a longer wind up and release. Not so much in the video. Golson, as always in practice videos, looked great.
