Shit don't count? Why exactly? And when did all these awesome passing games by Tebow happen? The best pass he threw in college was a jump pass. No one is arguing with you that Tebow wasn't a great college QB, but you simply weren't paying attention if you think that had anything to do with him being a good passer.

There might not be a ton of game film on Zaire, but there is a ton of tape showing how bad of a passer Tebow was. It's simply a fact.

Quit acting like a whiney b|tch.

Fuck u guy. Simply put, Zaire shouldn't even be compared to Tebow until he actually does something of note like Tebow did.

Anybody that calls another dude, "guy"... Is a tool.

Quit saying we are comparing them as players, we simply never said that. We said Malik can throw a better ball. Chill.

I feel like there are two different conversations being had. Production and fundamentals are two completely different things. Of course Tebow was more productive, he played 4 years of college football. In terms of actual fundamentals of throwing the football and footwork, I'd really have to go back and watch Tebow throw before giving an informed post. However, I'd be inclined to say Zaire is advanced in that department as Tebow might have had the worst throwing progression and footwork of any big time QB that I can remember.

Fairly unanimous that Redfield is a different player now so he's a given at FS. I'd say Shumate at SS. However, it also seems fairly unanimous that Shumate hasn't seemed to take that next step.

Any intel on Sebastian?

Does Farley figure in the mix? He seemed to play pretty well under VG's scheme last season.

Schummate, Tranquill, and hopefully Sebastian are intchangeable IMO. Not a big drop off so idk that it matters who plays, although I hope it's Shummy.

The guy put up great passing stats, finishing 2nd, 4th and 1st in passing efficiency rating his three years as a starter. I think we would all be happy if Zaire can duplicate that.

Tebow is #3 all-time in career NCAA passer efficiency rating. All three of his starting seasons rank in the top 72 (#27, #28 and #72) for best single season passer efficiency rating since 1956. The Tim Tebow hate is strong with you.

Does Malik have a stronger arm? I think so. He can probably throw it faster and longer than Tebow. Does that make him a better "thrower"? Long way to go to prove that.

More of a nickel and situational pass rusher. He'll play for sure. As will Avery and Tranquil. But Shumate's probably the closest thing we have to a true SS. Would appear the job's his if he can finally get his head in the game.

The full-on starting job in 2013 was brutal for Matthias. There's a reason he's the situational nickel guy. Does occasionally make a play though.

Ha, sorry, that was aimed at the post a over yours. Yours wasn't there when I hit submit.
