New Orleans (La.) Riverdale athlete Donte Jackson reports a new offer from Notre Dame. The 5-foot-11, 175-pounder received an offer from Oregon earlier in the week and named the Ducks as his leader. Jackson's top five is rounded out by Cincinnati, Georgia, Nebraska, and Oklahoma State, all of whom have offered.

His Crystal Ball is currently 75% in favor of the Ducks.

With two guys on board and us actively recruiting Boykin, ESB, Broadus, Stickland, etc. is it looking more likely that the approach is to take 4 WR and 0 TE this year? I can only name a couple guys at the TE spot that I'd be excited about, and about 14 WR.

On this topic about so many offensive skill players that are in play. I saw a picture on BGI that must be from Malik Lovette's twitter or Instagram. It's of him in his room with ND stuff all over his walls like Barnetts room. A few Oregon pieces but 90% ND. So, I came to this conclusion. We bring in Malik as an APB. Newsome is too good to pass up and we'll have two slot WR's in this class. Boykin grows into a TE and ESB is the W WR. And that is the best offensive haul of Kelly's regime when you include Barnett.

TJ's response to what the WR situation looks like now.

-Possibly two more WRs depending on whom and type/skill set, and also depending on whether we take one or two RBs and a TE at all.

On top of this Sampson posted that he and TJ were talking earlier in the day about having Merritt and Newsome in the same class. They think of Boykin more as an athlete than a WR or TE.
