Pretty crazy to think that the player we saw tonight had zero sacks and TFL’s on the season going into this game.

Dominant performance. One the better statistical nights from a DT in a very long time.

I didn't notice during the game, but Duke had a different center on that last play where Cross caused the fumble.

To add, after Week 5, with a minimum snap count of 200, Cross is PFFs highest ranked DI player (90.7), and Mills is sixth (82.7).

He has been great this year and had always shown promise in the past.

Was it him that got double teamed back ten yards during one of Duke's scoring drives though? I remember a late shift by the defensive line and watching our DT be taken for a ride. Thought it might be him. Pretty sure we still stuffed the run though.

He definitely struggles vs a double, but most teams can't double him because mills will typically obliterate a single guard into the backfield.
