I'm SOOOOO glad ND is in the driver's seat with Franklin over battling it out for Hawkins.

for sure, lot of these guys cincy are on are backup options for bigger B1G programs. Fickell will have to fight to keep them come NSD

OSU is pushing for Hawkins as Plan C. When/if they take his commitment, it's because they are conceding the top of their board.
