ND is hitting Gwinnett Co. HARD and here's a kid whose books are in order. Just that pesky Duke commit situation to deal with but he obviously did that because ND had not offered.

I would definitely pursue him HARD.

If there is one thing you learn about this time of year, its that hope springs eternal, and most of what looks promising does not shake out.

There is no reason to believe that we won't land Houston and Gordon, but I would not count on it on any level. I would assume we get neither until we do.

Doesn't sounds like there is anything to repair. They didn't slow play him or anything, and he seems to be completely understanding of what happened.

Repair might have been a poor word choice on my part. But there would certainly have to be some sort of conversation as to why they are now offering new players, after telling him no. Also, there'd probably have to be a significant effort by the staff to make up for lost time.

We have no idea how many spots are/will be open. Don't use that to deduce what's going on with any particular recruit.
