Yup. Seems like a great guy. Tough to be competing for reps against Mayer.

Mayer - Bauman
Evans/Berrong. TE2 now becomes a battle, especially if reinforcements don’t arrive at WR.

I would think that as well but there is a little voice in my head that wonders, "How fast can Eli recovery from his achilles?"

Evans sounded like a surprise to the staff this time last year. Bauman must stay healthy for this competition to really bloom.

Takacs played over 400 snaps at ND and caught 8 balls so it wasn’t being in. We just didn’t go to him

good for him. THey needed another weapon other than Flowers & he seems to fit the bill. Other than that they‘ve struggled running the ball and shutting down Rutgers offense today. Who knows what they’ll be like 12 weeks from now?
